New living area furniture with flat screen TV. Free WIFI! Very comfortable condo on 3rd floor with deck that overlooks the lake and state park across the water. Condo includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, large deck, gas fireplace, and many extras featuring the new furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. This is a very nicely decorated condo with a great deck with a grill making it very comfortable to have dinner on the deck or just to sit out in the evenings. The condo sits very close to the lake and has fantastic view of the lake and pool. One of the three lakefront pools is adjacent to the building. A laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo. The deck features a table and seating to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. We also offer several other condos that we advertise on VRBO in the same complex for rent so if you have a larger group or family and would all like to be close together! Parkview Bay is located lakefront, and this building sits about 20 feet from the edge of the water. We allow fishing on all docks and off sea wall. We are also only one mile from the outlet mall in Osage Beach! And Dierberg's grocery is less than a mile away! Owner has recently updated with new furniture and newer carpet.
