This was our second stay in Ortisei but our first time at Aquila Dolomites Residence and it did not disappoint! Marie was lovely, warm and helpful with all of our questions. We loved our top floor penthouse with amazing views of the pedestrian-only Ortisei and the mountains surrounding this lovely pedestrian-only ski town. The best feature was the large corner balcony with jacuzzi. Even when it rained, we could still enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The unit was very modern with high ceilings, a balcony in each bedroom, and two toilets for our family of four. We appreciated the modern appliances, high quality pots and pans, even a sharp knife which makes things so much easier. Underground parking is extra but very minimal in cost. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs and have restaurants, grocery stores, and shops right at your doorstep. This was truly our home away from home and we plan to return again. Thank you so much Marie for helping to make our stay so memorable.

Worst experience ever! I do not recommend this hotel. They trick you into believing it is the new building you see in the pictures and the room is in the old historical building. It really is historical as everything is very old and damaged. The paint on the doors is cracking, no thermostat for heating in the bedroom and the windows are old and you can feel the cold draft coming through while you try to sleep. It was so cold that I had to put a pillow in the window to stop the cold air coming through, I even caught a cold after sleeping 1 night in the room. The reception lady’s attitude was awful, zero customer service or willingness to improve the experience. Do not book this property!!!

Un bell’ appartamento con terrazzo in pieno centro pedonale , proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi , bella la zona giorno un po’ datato il bagno ma tutto molto pulito e confortevole , garage disponibile al chiuso , consigliato vivamente
