Sehr gemütliches Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich aufgenommen und fühlten uns hier wie zuhause. Dieses Adults-Only Hotel besticht durch seine Wohlfühlatmosphäre mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was das Herz begehrt.

Great choice I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend

The hotel is adults only and is in a somewhat secretive location on the outskirts of Ortisei so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed here. The communication was smooth and easy for the late check-in and the self-service bar was much appreciated in the spacious joint living room. The single room is not very big but smarty laid out including a gorgeous mountain view balcony. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of high quality local produce. It is not a cheap hotel to stay but worth it for the peace and quiet to prepare you for a day of hiking.

Excellent stay! From check- in with snacks to checkout after a huge breakfast.... and everything's in between, 10+! The breakfast was huge and delicious. Very close to the gondola rides (you could easily walk there but we took the bus). Also loved the spa. Book it! You won't regret it!

chalet Hartmann è la scelta perfetta per chi vuole passare una vacanza relax all'insegna della pace e della tranquillità. Camera molto carina, pulizia eccellente e personale squisito sempre a vostra disposizione. La colazione è varia e molto buona. insomma in poche parole hotel consigliassimo!!!
