蒙特木屋飯店

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Montchalet and intend to return in the future. We had the room with the Steamshower and 2 balconies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff - from the driver of the shuttle, the receptionists, bartender, masseuse and especially the wait staff in the restaurant! They felt like family by the end of our stay. Their attention to detail and service is first class! We ate dinner in the hotel all 3 nights, with the last night being room service, excellent each time. We found the selection on the menus to be excellent. Breakfast was delicious and loved the variety. Can not say enough good things about Montchalet.

Nel complesso tutto bello, nuovo ordinato e pulito. Nota di merito per Luisa, una vera professionista del beverage e ancor di più per Anna della zona massaggi/spa. Un po' caro ma la qualità ha il suo prezzo e l alto Adige non regala nulla. Però detto ciò rimane super consigliato

Devo dire che era tanto che non trovavamo una struttura e di un personale di così alto livello. Abbiamo prenotato un giorno prima quindi senza sapere dove saremmo capitati e devo dire che di meglio difficilmente poteva capitarci. La disponibilità di tutti i collaboratori ci ha lasciato senza parole, abbiamo soggiornato von le nostre due barboncine che inizialmente erano un po spaesate, la Sig. LUISA Ci ha messo ha nostro agio facendoci cenare e fare colazione nel loro ristorante esclusivo. Struttura veramente all altezza delle sueb5 stelle la nostra camera una Suite vip che dava nel bosco ci ha fatto godere tutti i pomeriggi di una famiglia di Caprioli che venivano a mangiare davanti al nostro terrazzo. Impeccabile il servizio del capo barman Giampaoolo che ci ha viziato con i suoi buonissimi Cocktail e lui sue accortezze. Sicuramente quest inverno torneremo. Veramente consigliato!!!!

We stayed here with our family and had 3 suites. The property is nice and most of the staff are great. The issue we had was when our grown daughter and her husband had problems with the air conditioning and their suite not getting cold. They called the front desk and the staff attempted to fix the problem and gave them portable units. The portable units did an insufficient job cooling the place. The following morning our daughter went downstairs to the front desk to discuss what could be done, and immediately out of the back room a woman walked out SCREAMING at them! She said she was the manager, and would not let them speak. The worst part of the ordeal was that we found out that she WAS THE OWNER, so we know there will be no action taken to correct this abusive behavior. The only reason we did not give a worse review was that the staff apologized for her behavior and one staff member commented that they had never seen anything like this in all their years in the hospitality industry. Our family vacation to this supposed 5 star hotel went from something we all cherished as a family to one of disappointment. I should never in good conscience recommend a hotel/resort where the owner is mean and abusive to guests. Bottom line is it’s impossible to fire the owner, and therefore we will never return!

My husband and I had the most amazing 4 nights at this small luxury boutique hotel and can not recommend it enough for anyone looking for a base for their stay in the Dolomites. First of all the staff at the hotel are amazing, Sara at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable with giving us all sorts of recommendations including restaurants and hikes and answering all of our questions. Our room at the hotel was large and extremely comfortable. Yes there was no AC but it was perfect to sleep with the windows open and have the lovely fresh mountain air keep us cool at night, the hotel did offer us a portable AC when we asked but we choose to have the windows open instead. We used the free shuttle service to get dropped into town a couple of times which was a nice touch and they even dropped us at the neighboring village one evening. Saying that the hotel is close enough to center of Ortisei to walk even if it is up hill on the way back. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evenings but the breakfast each morning was delicious with lots of options and the staff were great as well. Overall a fantastic stay and a lovely hotel!

Fantastisk hotell Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste. Eksklusiv stil, hyggelige ansatte, god og varm atmosfære. Kvalitet i alle ledd, vi følte oss så velkomne. Nydelig mat, god vin og frokost.
