Pessima esperienza,abbiamo prenotato per tre e la camera era preparata per due, l'aria condizionata era assente in una stanza dove non circolava aria, presente solo un riciclo d'aria rumoroso e malfunzionante. Bagno con piatto doccia lesionato. Nella camera erano presenti numerose formiche. Personale reception inadeguato. Non adatto alle famiglie.

O hotel está precisando de manutenção, no quarto que ocupei, as luzes da pia do banheiro não funcionavam, a descarga do vaso sanitário também não funciona e o sistema geral de luzes, que deveria desligar quando estávamos fora do quarto, também não desligava. Se forem feitas as manutenções necessárias, esse hotel é um excelente local para todos que desejam conhecer essa região, se hospedarem.

Perfetto per raggiungere il centro ippico di Ornago. Stanza pulita. Letti comodissimi. Posizione silenziosa. Hotel sicuro.

It’s a motel style. So we could park the car in front of the room. Clean and friendly staff.

Camera ambia e completa di tutto. Ottimo che ci fosse una smart TV in stanza. Bagno con doccia molto spaziosa personale gentile e cordiale ottima la colazione a buffet

Hotel al di sotto degli standard della catena B&B dove abbiamo spesso soggiornato. Camera piccola, arredata con mobili vistosamente datati, pulizia abbastanza scarsa. Più che un hotel la struttura dà l’idea di essere stata concepita come motel, con diverse camere con posto auto davanti all’ingresso delle camere. Unica nota positiva è la colazione, buona per la varietà dell’offerta

Hotel&Motel, ma direi che prevale il secondo. Parcheggio davanti alle stanze, entrata interna ed esterna. Ma sono stato in altri motel ed erano molto belli. Questo invece non mi è proprio piaciuto. Nella stanza mobili vecchi, letto vecchio (fortunatamente il materasso era comodo) e tv piccola. In bagno luci dello specchio non funzionanti e quindi impossibile farsi bene la barba con la sola luce centrale. Doccia con porta bloccata e che quindi non permette la chiusura. Sedile di plastica per sedersi in doccia (tipo per gli anziani) rotto e abbandonato dentro. Colazione decisamente migliorabile. Prodotti di bassa qualità e le pesche sciroppate erano acide. Non ho provato la cena. Non credo tornerò.

Dalle foto mi aspettavo molto più di questo. L'hotel è carino e silenzioso, il materasso abbastanza comodo ma... Le camere sono decisamente datate, con pezzi di anticaglia tipo il phon (il quale dopo un paio di minuti si surriscalda e non si riesce più ad utilizzare senza rischiare un'ustione..), il copriletto e la tappezzeria, oppure il doccino, il piatto antiscivolo ed il portasapone nella doccia. Preparatevi a dormire poco e praticamente nudi perché si schiatta dal caldo pure in questa stagione (non c'è nemmeno l'aria condizionata) ed aprendo la finestra siamo stati invasi dalle zanzare quindi abbiamo dovuto richiudere. La pulizia era piuttosto approssimativa, tant'è che ho dovuto cambiare le calze a mio figlio dopo avergli permesso di camminare senza ciabatte. Non male la colazione, unico aspetto negativo è stato il panino bianco che poteva essere tranquillamente del giorno prima, ma il resto direi apprezzabile. Ristorante nella media, ma nulla di eccezionale.. purtroppo non conoscono le ricette originali di alcuni piatti tipo le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno rivisitato a modo loro, tuttavia buono anche se un po' caro... Credo che se dovessimo tornare non mangeremo qui.

Prenotato dall'azienda che rappresento x 8 agenti di commercio 8 amere...condizioni delle camere rattoppate ma la cosa inaccettabile è la mancanza di pulizia in tutte le 8 stanze dalla polvere appoggiata sui mobili al pavimento sporco x poi finire con tanti di lenzuola e coprimaterasso macchiate non si sa di cosa....questo non è un Hotel ma un Motel dove le coppie affittano la stanza ad ore fanno quello che devono e se ne vanno...inconcepibile il cisti delle camere x una struttura del genere...

Arrivée le 1er jour,du linge traînait dans la salle de bain,on nous a donné une autre chambre OK. L’ air conditionné ne fonctionne presque pas et fait un bruit d’enfer comme si une lessiveuse essorait avec en plus un cliquotement,une nuit je pensais que le plafond allait tomber 2eme chose le mini bar ne refroidit pas assez,3eme problemes avec les lampes au dessous du lavabo qui s’eteignait en consequence le seche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas non plus suite a ce mauvais contact.point positif la literie Petit dejeuner servi au sous sol,pas d’air conditione Consequence si vous déjeuner apres 9h le fromage fond sur le Plat et le jambon ranci car l ’air ambiant est trop chaud.un jour j ai jete les petits pains car certainement de la veille dur comme du bois et j’en passe. C’est la 1ère fois que je fais un tel commentaire .nous avons beaucoup voyage et jamais déçu d’un hôtel.on se demande où sont les 4 étoiles prestige.

I stayed there for two nights. The room has the sufficient size but the decoration is a bit old and some points should be refreshed. The breakfast is ok with lot of choice and the waiters are kind and professional. By the end this place is ok for staying for business trip.

If there was no supplier located close to this hotel, I would have not stayed there. First of all, it is quite old and situated in a remote place, where you have nothing around. The AC in my room was pretty weak. It could not manage to cool down the room, so I had to open the balcony to have a bit air, even if it was very warm in the night. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. They buy something precooked and microwave it for the customers. I asked a guy at the reception, if their restaurant is good and he said yes! At least we realized it pretty quickly and left to a proper restaurant. The toilet in my room was leaking. Water did not properly stop and was sound of pouring water the entire night… A lamp in refrigerator was dying. And also producing noise… Breakfast is very mediocre. They have many similar pastries (mini-croissants with different filling), cereals, yoghurt, boiled eggs, one time I had cold thick pancakes. No omelette, nor good selection of ham and cheese, even bread is not available. Coffee is not the best… Before coming to the hotel, I asked them if they have a pick up service. I wanted to be picked up from Arcore, which is just 10km away. Instead they proposed to get out of train in Monza and take a taxi from there. In case I could not find a taxi, they offered their support to find a taxi :) But I had to call them from Monza… At the end, I walked 9 km from Arcore to the hotel. At least I could pay with AmEx… If there is a chance, stay somewhere else.
