We got the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with ocean view and the entire apartment was amazing. It had everything you could need for your stay like dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, trash bags, even a broom. It didn’t have coffee filters but thats okay. The place was in great shape and everything worked. The balcony was an amazing view and it was large with 4 chairs. My only complaints are really minor but it was kind of annoying. The elevator takes forever to go up and down, at one point I waited 15 minutes because everytime it stopped to me, it was completely full. There are only two and they are small. I decided to just take the stairs going forward which are NOT clearly marked, Honestly a HUGE safety issue, there are signs in your room on a map but when actually looking for them, there are not any signs! HOW are they able to get away with this from the fire marshal? Also going to the beach from the pool deck is a huge pain, there is only one way in and out, for such a large property, this is pretty unreasonable if you ask me. I think these things need to be addressed asap. you should have an exit to beach gate and entrance from beach gate. I still enjoyed my stay but I might look into another property that does not have these issues but it will be hard because the room itself was amazing.

The place was clean. Employees were very nice. The room was very nice. We will be staying there again. We enjoyed it.

The people running the front desk were so nice and,can I say fun. The room was immaculate! The outdoor area was very well taken care of also .It was bike week and the special care of bike trailers and our motorcycles was worth a pay raise for all those hard working guys and Ladies.we had an area roped off for just the bikes. It was very secure , and a n many occasions there was actually a security person standing by them.I just can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Great job everyone...!!!!!!!...I hope this helps you get a raise..lol

At the end of our stay which was four nights and check out time was 10 AM at 10:01 the maids were banging on our door, like the police warning us out of the room. And not only that we had to spend our last three hours there cleaning the rooms.( taking the sheets off the bed, putting them on the bed, putting the towels and everything in the bathroom, making sure the dishes were in the dishwasher, doing everything that the maids were supposed to do.) before we left. Or we were going to get charged for another day. I have never in my life had to change the bedding out on the beds or do such intense cleaning of a room before check out of any other place we have ever stayed. That is what we thought. The hospitality industry was getting paid for, but evidently at the Royal Floridian they want the guest to take their last morning to do the housekeeper jobs for them. And those carts run up and down the hall all times of days and nights, and they are so loud that you cannot sleep at all.

We were put in a handicapped room which they did not tell us. Very strange and inconvenient for us to use the bathroom and kitchen. Mold in the shower.

Royal Floridian Resort The accommodations were excellent with a gorgeous view of the ocean and surrounding area.
