馬裡羅-新奧爾良西舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Marrero-New Orleans West)

The service at this hotel was excellent! The ladies and gentleman at the front desk, cleaning and cook staff were all kind, hospitable and catered to all of my needs! I stayed here during my Christmas and New Year's visit and they made my trip that much more pleasurable. I appreciate each one of you! Please know that your hospitality does not go unnoticed!

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and hot. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my neighbor played loud music for half the night until I finally called down to the front desk to report the disturbance. He then proceeded to loudly complain while taking his time to cut the music down slightly. The front desk did handle the situation immediately. I would definitely stay again whole for better neighbors.

Check out was smooth everything was great. The room was super clean and the breakfast was great the lady who was working in the breakfast area was over protected watching you fix food cleaning the area while we fixing our waffle she cleaning the waffle area can I finish making my waffle first. Another thing that's amazing the dollar tree is in the same parking lot across from the hotel 1 minute walk so you don't have to go far if you forgot something a home the store is right there.

Excellent and exceptional customer services from staff ( front desk, housekeepers and kitchen). Love this hotel whenever I come to Louisiana. It is very peaceful, hot breakfast and beds are comfortable.

The staff was great and the room was clean. Mattress a little firm but some folks like that. Th e most important part was it was close to where I needed to be. And when I needed to add a night the took extra good care to make sure I did not have to change rooms.

The walls are thin i can hear the other room conversation. The doors slam hard and loud. Wrong toilet size toilet seat on commode.

Overall the stay was what I expected. On the second day there, house keeping took our towels and didnt replace them so we had to go get some from the desk. Also did not empty trash. After that, everything was done on a daily basis. Comfortable..

we had to wait at least 45 minutes after 3pm check in time to access our room. I find this unacceptable as check out is 12pm, which gives the staff plenty of time to clean a room.

We were there for the Chicago Bears game with the Saints. It was close to downtown and other events.
