酒店有自己免費的停車場，開車來的話停車很方便。不過打車也很快。

I stayed an additional night after my initial booking. The service remained just as excellent. Ohhh ask at the front desk for assistance with a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than uber or lyft.

The Wi-Fi is poor that me and my friends cannot connect the network during our first night. In general, the price is relatively cheap comparing to other hotels in New Orleans and you may consider choosing this hotel if you are a budgeted traveler.

I stayed at The Alder in advance of a surgical procedure. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy.

Everything great except for two things: most of the outlets for phone charging in my room would not
hold charging cable in; it kept slipping out and therefore phone wouldn’t charge. Finally we found two that would hold the cables in. Also, coffee quality could be better! Otherwise love this place —will be back and have been back already many times.

There is nothing I did not like about the room except the balcony. The size and view were very disappointing.
I can not see how the rating was as high as it is. When i booked it was a 9.2. Honestly it is more like a 7.0 .
Also , I did not realize the parking was across the street in a exterior lot. When i looked at the pictures it looks like there is a parking garage. That is actually next door.

Great stay! The room was immaculate. The hotel was well taken care of. Love the modern feel and free secured parking area. Great staff! The balcony was a great touch. I travel a lot and it was one of my best stays. I highly recommend. Wonderful and a great value.
