Everything about Brewster By the Sea Inn worked. Room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Small refrig, coffee maker, leather chairs to relax in, table and two chairs for breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, water, soap, etc. And it was very clean. Amy the owner was there whenever we needed her. She brings up coffee and tea in the morning while your breakfast is made. Then breakfast is delivered to the room. Simple check-in. It's all electronic. No key, no wait, just arrive type in your code to get through the front door, then use the code to access your room. Amy had a list of recommended restaurants and things to do. I would stay at BBTSI again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience at Brewster by the Sea. Amy is a lovely host and has added all the special touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome package with helpful guides to restaurants, walking trails, activities, and maps were appreciated. Amy even had a little cake treat for our anniversary waiting for us upon arrival in our room. The delicious breakfasts are delivered to your room during the cooler months, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed (nice to have both a fridge and microwave in the room). Although we didn’t use the pool, it was great to sit on the deck for a bit; very nice option in the summer. Most B&Bs where we have stayed didn’t have a pool, so that’s definitely a plus for unwinding after a day at the beach. We appreciated the tips from Amy and also the flexibility with an early check-in, if available. It’s a great location to many great dining options and activities. Another plus is that it’s open year round. Whatever time of year, I’d recommend this charming inn for your Cape Cod vacation or getaway!

Lovely place and warm and excellent attention. We enjoyed everything, room is very clean and comfortable, the inn is very nice and Amy is outstanding, caring and very helpful. Breakfast is also great, delicious and beautifuly served. There are many lovely places to visit around the area and great restaurants too.

Absolutely the very best Inn we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect by 500%. Amy is a fabulous innkeeper, the breakfast was perfect and the pool and grounds are so beautiful. The room way beyond perfect and spotless. This inn is a must stay at. Thank you Amy for giving us such a great start to our honeymoon.❤️

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in the immaculate and spacious Refugio Suite that felt like our own little apar**ent with many thoughtful amenities including an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Each morning Amy served us a varied and delicious breakfast by the pool, weather permitting. Only one morning the weather was not cooperating and our breakfast was delivered to our door for us to enjoy in the cozy dining spot. The Inn is located in pretty Brewster which made it easy traveling to any other place of interest on the Cape. Amy recommended Scargo Cafe in nearby Dennis for a meal and we were not disappointed! Amy is always available for your needs and she is the most charming and helpful host you could ask for. We felt relaxed and pampered from the moment we arrived until we had to say goodbye. Thank you, Amy, for a wonderful stay and we do hope to visit you again!

Brewster by the Sea is a one-of-a-kind B&B on the Cape. Amidst competitors who charge high prices for adequate lodging, B-b-t-S delivers an exceptionally comfortable, thoughtful, eco-conscious, and delicious experience. Beds are outfitted in cotton, wool and linen, and accommodate all pillow preferences. In-room coffee service includes fresh half-and-half. Cotton and linen towels, a waffle bathrobe and natural-yet-luxe toiletries await in the bathroom. Breakfast included fresh, perfectly ripened fruit, delicious eggs, bacon, pastry and pancakes. We will be visiting again very soon.

The inn owner was so accommodating, the rooms are spacious and the property is very peaceful! The breakfasts were delicious and creative. The added bonus of the outdoor pool was a treat! We will definitely plan another trip to stay at this beautiful B&B in Brewster! Can’t wait to go back!

The stay was excellent and we would stay again. Breakfast was so incredible that I have to remake it at home. The owner also happens to have a line of organic wool bedding that she featured on the bed, sold in a separate shop run by her son. We slept so well that we decided to go to the shop (we were not pushed or high sold) and purchase some pieces. Very good experience.

My partner and I booked a last minute overnight stay following our Valentines dinner based on the proximity to the restaurant in Dennis (The Pheasant owned by Adam and Erica---which is outstanding and a great romantic dining experience with a truly excellent wine selection!). I found Brewster By The Sea Inn simply by looking for something super close to The Pheasant on Google Maps and I am so grateful we found them because this is now our new favorite Cape Cod staycation destination. Amy, the Innkeeper, returned my call immediately to confirm the bathroom did have a tub and explained that the room I was calling about wasn't available however a larger room with beautiful views of Drummer Boy Park across the street was available and at a discounted "book direct" rate. She also inquired about any dietary restrictions and what we might prefer for breakfast (savory or sweet options--egg bakes or french toast for example). She mentioned it may take an hour for the room to be ready and we were not in a rush so this was perfect and when we did arrive we were very impressed with the small touches that she had organized within that hour--fresh tulips, the heat was turned, and there was a welcome packet (including recommended local dining, shopping and day excursions nearby) on the bistro table that had been personalized with our names typed out at the top! So much thought had been put into several details, including signage for how to adjust the heat, how to use the gas fireplace that was on a timer (such a lovely amenity for this winter getaway!), how to reach Amy with any additional questions (via phone or text), and there was a fresh half and half and large bottled waters in the mini fridge for us as well as single servings of the locally roasted Snowy Owl Coffee. In addition, Amy had asked us upon arrival what time we would like our breakfast left at our door the next day and when we settled on 8:30am she said she would have some freshly made coffee brought up at 8:15am, followed by breakfast at 8:30am. The timing was perfect, and can I tell you, as a Les Clefs d'Or Concierge for 10 years in NYC, when I tell you I am not easily impressed...the thing htat stood out to me immediately was that when she brought up our coffee tray, the customized coffee mugs with their logo on them were HEATED. She had pre-heated the mugs so that the hot coffee we poured into them would continue to be as hot as possible. I don't know why this floored me so much, but it did. It felt like a pampered spa moment. I just feel like sometimes the simplest of details make you feel really taken care of and we felt that way from start to finish and cannot wait to recommend and return to Brewster by the Sea Inn again and again.
