奧爾良拉索斯諾富特飯店 - 鄉間別墅(Novotel Orleans Chemins de Sologne Demeures de Campagne)

This was our second stay in two weeks. The poor food standard in the restaurant had not improved - even a cheeseburger arrived cold!. The seats in the restaurant had all been cleaned during the day and the soft furnished ones were all damp. We had to move and sit at the breakfast bar on high stools. On the plus side, the staff are pleasant and the Aperol Spritz is magnificent

Très bon séjour avec un personnel agréable et investi. Un couloir interminable ! Limite psychédélique ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça. Spéciale dédicace à Antoine du Restaurant et son équipe. On y retournera avec plaisir

En términos generales, bastante bien. Mi estancia fue correcta. El único inconveniente fue el desayuno del miércoles 19/04. Fui a las 8h50 cuando se termina a las 10 y no había nada. Estaba todo arrasado. No había agua, ni queso ni nada. Los platos arrasados y sin reponer. Entiendo que quedando una hora de desayuno, debería reponerse. Yo no dije nada, pero a la media hora llegó una pareja que se quejó y entonces sacaron comida, pero en un hotel donde vas a pagar 20€ el desayuno, que ya es una barbaridad, lo mínimo es tenerlo en condiciones. La habitación correcta, sin más. El restaurante por la noche también. Buen aparcamiento.

Hôtel correct mais restaurant cher et pas terrible !

Old rooms and outdated facilities. AC did not work and had a terrible nights sleep. Completely over priced for what was received. Would not stay here again.

Perfect place to serve as a base to explore the Loire Valley. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant in the hotel, beautiful area around the hotel.

Under aspectation little room old structure

The hotel is easy to access from motorway. It's very comfortable and quiet for a restful night.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) with half board €39. Its not clear when you book that this doesnt include the children. You have to pay extra for them which is surely a nonsense, why would the booking system assume we wouldnt feed the children. There are good fscilities for the kids, tennis, ping pong etc. Breakfast was shambolic with lots of things running out and the area being too small to cope with the number of families. Overall it was a nice stay.
