This is the perfect location to stay since Jay Peak is only about 9 miles away, we are right next to the VAST & VASA trails so you can enjoy snowmobiling & four-wheeling, Newport & Lake Memphremagog is only 15 minutes away, & Canada is about 1 mile away.
