奧蘭多環球大道坎布里亞飯店(Cambria Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd New Property)

First off, this property LOOKS great, both on the eebsite & from the outside, but all that changes once you step inside. This place 'on paper' looked so good (new. Great location, price, rooftop pool) that we actually booked 2 stays here. Spoiler Alert: we already canceled our second stay here in May (2 week stay) and booked a different hotel. So in our booking we requested High Floor, away from elevators. We arrived and front desk clerk was very curt, borderline rude. We ended up with floor 2, near evevators. When we questioned this room front desk clerk mumbled something we couldn't understand and just put room keys on counter. We picked up keys, and as we walked to elevator manager approached us and asked 'how's you day going?', and i replied 'not great'... i explained to him what just happened at front desk. He apologized for the ckerk and explained that he could move us to a high floor, but there would be a night club above us (rooftop bar) and it would be playing music until the wee hours of the night. We said ok, and i also infirmed him of our upcoming 2 week stay, and that if this stay wasn't up to standards, we would cancel it. We get to our floor, and the hall way smelled of something odd. There were little boxes on the floor plygged into the wall, not sure what they were, but maybe dehumidifiers??? We get to our room, and it to smelled 'musty'. Not as bad as the hallway, but it smelled all 3 nights. The room was an ADA room, so it didnt hae any counter space

Les chambres sont un peu petite pour 4 personnes avec 4 valises, pas de rangement, l’eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à arriver au moins 5 minutes ce qui n’est pas très écologique, les sanitaires présentent de la moisissures et du calcaire et n’ont pas été récurés comme il se doit. La literie est bonne. Les espaces communs sont plutôt bien et le personnel agréable.

Hotel super novo, com instalações modernas e elegantes. Hall de entrada muito bacana e com um atendimento acima da média. Mesmo não falando português os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Os quartos são limpos e bem equipados. As camas confortáveis e com ótimo tamanho. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo! Super indico!

The hotel was good location to Universal, about a 15 minute walk. Check in was easy. Unfortunately we had issues with hot water in our room. Had to have maintenance called twice, and chose not to call two other times. Staff was very friendly though and overall we had no issues with our stay other than the hot water issue.

Perfect place to stay if you're looking just to sleep. It's super clean, check in was super smooth and easy, modern furniture and amenities and super close to universal, literally a 15 dollar Uber round trip that's cheaper than parking there. Will stay here again on my next trip. Thanks!

The hotel is very nice! The only complaint I have was that my room smelled like straight Clorox but I guess that means it’s clean… Parking lot is very small. So if you leave hotel and come back later on there may not be any spots. If you plan on going to universal I’d take an Uber so you don’t have to worry about parking. Other than that staff was great.

We had no hot water during our stay. The staff was very rude and unable to help. We were told to just let the water run for 20 mins to get hot water, but that didnt help. Manager reguaed to give a regund, stating they always have issues with water and would not refund money. The restaurant was never opened or the bar. Place is new but staff that is running olace ia horrible. DO NOT stay here!

The property was beautiful. It felt very clean, and overall nice. I did have issues with the hot water. I had to turn on the shower and sink at full heat for 35 minutes to get it to warm up, which isn't convenient. I asked why it wasn't working, and they sent maintenence up with me. They ran the water for 10 minutes (after I had taken a 20 minute long cold shower), told me to turb all the taps on until it ran hot. The coffee maker was also super dirty. I ran several cups of boiling water through it before the water ran clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant was pretty, with good service.

We stayed here because of the location and amenities shown. Pool area on the 6th floor is awesome. Too bad we were not allowed to go there due to a wedding. We were also not informed there was a conference all 3 nights of our stay that would take up the bar area and we were not allowed. 2 elevators for a conference and a wedding made traveling floors almost impossible. Staff could have been more helpful and act like they cared. They treated us as un wanted guests.
