Guest service was great. The hotel rooms are small, there is no microwave in the rooms. Price does not equivilate the quality of the hotel. Real close to sea world.

Quiet area and all staff are friendly and attentive. House keeping service is terrible. The room is cleaned every 5 days. I stayed for 7 days and my room was only cleaned the day before I left and only because I called the front desk to complain about it.

Very nice room for the price, semi comfortable bed, good location, breakfast stuff need some improvement, the cooking lady doesn’t speak/understand any English and it took her 3 time to cook a simple plain scrambled eggs without any cheese, then I took it over to my table and went to toast a bagel for a minute, I found out that the cleaning lady cleaned up my table before I even got to eat any of it including my fresh cup of coffee and my glass of orange juice.

The only thing I didn’t like was I requested a king size bed, and they gave me a room with two queens. Everything else was pretty good.

We arrived early, and the front desk person; I believe there name was Natalie helped us check in then. The property is clean, in the mix of everything. Would definitely recommend
