Total stay was great! The only this I did not like was the $15 charge at the desk on the check out for parking. It was a gated area with a hospital next door. I arrived late and wasn't in the mood for finding a free parking area. I do not recall on ********** a mention of a change for overnight parking. Very Disappointing!

Friendly staff, offered complimentary cookies and drinks upon arrival. Clean rooms, nicely temp controlled in each room. Only complaint was shower head without water pressure! Comfortable and homey.

I loved everything about this hotel. Small and private and very fancy. Rooms were equipped with everything, even a dishwasher I MEAN! Bathrooms were super clean, bed and couch super comfy. Definitely will be back!! 10 stars!

This is my second time staying at the TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown and I will stay there during my next trip to Orlando. The hotel is in a convenient location, the staff is top-notch and the amenities are outstanding. Team Member Rebecca is an incredible ambassador for the hotel!

Adrianna and the team were so amazing. We went to celebrate my best friends birthday and they made it so special they even made her VIP for the day and gave her a little treat. Check-in was super quick and easy and about 20 minutes after being in the room I got a call from the front desk asking if everything was to our liking. Great staff very clean place will be staying again
