Free parking first of all!!! Front desk staff were all kind and courteous. It was clean and quiet. I left my purse and credit cards in my room when we checked out and the maintenance man found them and brought them to the front desk to be locked and safe until I could come back to get them. Farrah at the front desk was amazing especially when I realized I was missing a card that I had also lost in the room during my stay (I was a mess apparently lol) would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Orlando!

シャワーの水温が上がらずに2日間水の様なシャワーで風邪ひきそうになった。3日目にスタッフに言ってやっと上がった。言葉が通じ難く困る事が多かった。 部屋に電子レンジ,ポット無し｡お湯は食堂には有ったので毎回汲みに行く必要が有る。 廊下で人の話し声や騒ぐ声がしてたし､夜遅くは部屋から出るのは控えざるを得なかったので,不便な感があった。 チェックイン時に〈保証金?〉とかで,50ドルカード払いする様に言われ,詳しい説明内容が分からず,しないとチェックイン出来ないとの事で払った。 何事も無ければ,後日返金するとの説明だったが、返金はされてない様な?!

Great area, staff was nice, it was about 5-7 minutes from icon park. Loved the free parking and breakfast options were good. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Only thing is the walls are thin so you could hear when people leave and the doors close but other than that it was an amazing stay. Would def go back for my next trip

Exceptional. Great staff - though manager didn't follow up after cheerfully promising to do something. Great new building with great ammenities - including a substantial fitness center. And a real "breakfast" that was superior to most "post Covid" "free breakfast" offerings. Reasonable pricing

Very clean, modern, comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good as well. Parking was also included. No complaints at all. Great place to stay at a reasonable price!

Love love love . It was so clean . The rooms had hard wood which makes it feel so much cleaner . Breakfast was amazing . Staff so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again . Snacks downstairs were convenient as well.

This hotel was centrally located so everything was about 15-20 mins away. Farah at the front desk was the most helpful! Breakfast every morning and free parking. Can’t get better

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and spacious and the hotel was quiet. The pool was pretty and quiet…. This was perfect for a short stay. Paul at the front desk was great. We have no complaints about our stay!

Fred Williams at the front desk is Incredible. The only thing bigger than his beard is his commitment to helping us feel welcomed & appreciated.
