Best Western Plus Orlando East- UCF Area

從卡納維爾港乘船遊覽後過夜。整個過程非常乾淨。早餐前退房，所以無法評論食物。阿拉法亞的一些深夜道路噪音（大聲的消音器和賽車摩托車）是唯一的缺點。會再次留在這裡。

Everything was great.

Guy at the front desk was rude… I’ve stayed here multiple times and have never been treated like he treated me. Maybe he was having a bad day but the fact that he was rude then sent me into a dirty room, with absolutely no bedding nor sheets, up on the 3rd floor was just taking it too far. I had to go back down stairs to be switched to another room down on the first floor where you can literally hear the vehicles at the intersection 24/7. Last, I could also hear the employees across from my room washing the linen with the doors open. It was just a terrible time. Worse experience from the 8 times staying at this best western.

The room at first glance was great. As the evening went on I noticed the floor of the bathroom had dark sticky areas. There was toothpaste on the side of the wall in the bathroom. There were hairs in the bed and just like not sure if dust or what but i had to shake the sheets to dust them off. Also, the AC made a horrible noise. Every time it turned off it dod a loud bang that woke me up all night. Would i stay here again? No i would not stay here again. I stayed because i had bo choice and it was one night but if i had rented additional days i would have cancelled and tried to find another hotel. It made me doubt if the room is actually thoroughly cleaned between customers even if certain areas look like they werent used.

Stayed here for two nights and it was the worst hotel experience ever.. the bounce house in the front was extremely loud at night and also the cars at night that sound like they are racing were so noisy. The walls of the hotel are like paper thin and you could hear whole conversations at 2am in the morning. I complained the first night and the hotel staff was nice enough to get them under control but the 2nd night I didn’t even bother complaining again and they were cursing out loud in which sounded like they were on the phone. The only positive that I have is the lady at the breakfast place she was extremely nice and attentive and we really appreciated her for being so kind to my family.

El personal fue indiferente, cuando llegamos las puertas estaban cerradas. Tuvimos que hacer check in al otro día debido a las cucarachas en el cuarto. Nunca me hicieron reembolso por los dias que no estuve debido a lo deplorable del lugar. Tuvimos que reservar en otro lugar de emergencia. No lo recomiendo para nada.
