Staff was not unhand to check-in my daughter and the manager at the sister property, across the parking lot verified this. Finally after several hours waiting for a prepaid visit, the staff would not let my daughter check-in without paying. They were "gracious" enough to let them check-in before the 3pm check-in time. Mind you that this took place between 1-3:30am and the sister hotel was fully booked. ******* contacted the hotel on our behalf to request a refund but it was denied. So I had my Wells Fargo representative cancel the charges.
