Espacio muy cómodo con todas las facilidades para hospedaje en familia. Lo negativo es que de todo lo ofrecido en la descripción de servicios de la propiedad, no se cumple con el servicio de limpieza diario, de las 5 noches, nunca asearon la habitación, ni cambiaron toallas o ropa de cama, ni sacaron la basura. Buena disponibilidad de estacionamiento.

No hay consejer todo el día sola está haya las 13:00 a veces. Mala la señal de internet y para hacer apart hotel esta vez tenía muy poco equipamiento para cocinar . En otras ocasiones me he alojado en este apart hotel y era mucho mejor

This property is in bad shape. In order to flush the toilet you have to grab in the take because the chain is rotten. Cleanliness is questionable and the service at bar and restaurant has taken a nose dive. At the end they still want to charge you for broken things that should have been replaced years ago.

The property was beautiful our room beautiful all of the amenities were up to par but my favorite thing of All was The very first thing we experienced at 11:30 pm upon check in we were greeted by A staff Member named Gardenia she Was Amazing Courteous sweet just a delight she went above and beyond she even gave my son a goodie bag and card for his birthday we really appreciated everything she went out of her way to do for us ! We will definitely be booking again ! Beat hotel I’ve ever stayed in I liked it better then westgate

This place is beautiful and huge! At first when we checked in it seemed a little sketchy due to the fact the check reception was just a few picnic tables and chairs. I guess they are renovating so we gave them a chance. We had issues with our room at first but they were quick to assist us. We had issues reaching them by phone so we drove there. Notice i said drove? The property is huge and would take a while to talk to the reception area. It would be nice if they offer a shuttle service using the golf carts they have on property if they are putting people so far back. Our second room had dust and but overall we were happy with it. Would i stay here again? Yes i would.
