Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Terrible hotel stay. Waited 2 hours for the hotel shuttle. We were told the shuttle would be there in 10 mins two separate times, due to traffic. The ride from the airport to the hotel took less than 5 mins (no traffic). We finally got into our room after 1am. After traveling all day we were super disappointed when the shower head sprayed more water outside of the shower than inside.

The first room the window didn’t close one corner had a 2 inch gap open to the outside with a very loud fan on out side of window room 222 then I switched rooms sone as I walk in the floor was wet in front of mini fridge it was turned off a leaking water from the freezer the head board had big stains on it an when I would stand close to the toilet it smells like raw sewage hotel did nothing for me bit take off one night parking an you can’t get a parking spot after 8 or 9 pm so we had to pard out in driveway with the other 20 cars but besides that I had a ball

Have been staying at Embassy Suites for years,they are now showing their age and lack of maintenance,the pool and hot tub were dirty,pool sitting area has broken concrete and is unsafe,the elevator was broken for over a week,shower head in our room was broken,breakfast was good and eating area was clean.However I will be looking at a different hotel for the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had no issues when it came interacting with anyone we encountered. The 2 free drinks during happy hour was nice! And the breakfast was amazing! The breakfast cooks were so nice and the food was delicious! Our room was very spacious and clean. Perfect size for our family of 6. We did however have issues with the property. The hotel had only 1 out of 2 elevators working. And with over 125 rooms spread over 7 floors, it made for a long wait to get to and from the lobby. The elevator was badly in need of a modification. So slow and outdated. The ice machines are not on every floor but there are signs saying they are ...so we actually needed to travel to the floor below us to get ice. And with the elevator being slow, we found it easier to use the stairwell. Also there are signs for laundry but I never saw any laundry machines. I was excited when I saw the signs and then disappointed when I couldnt find any machines. Even with the amazing staff and breakfast, the outdated property and elevator issues would make it difficult to stay again.

The room was great, and the transportation from the hotel. I didn't understand how they select which patrons get a gift bag for choosing this hotel. Obviously, we didn't get one, but people after us did. I would stay here again, says a lot.

Everything was great except one of the elevators was out of use for the whole three days we were there due to a fault. Long waits to take luggage and when I asked if we could use a service elevator but was told that the service was out of order too.

Great hotel! Super comfy had large rooms with complimentary breakfast that was delicious - only issue elevator was broken only 1 in service so it was slow. Besides that, 5/5 would stay again :)

Elevators are not good at all. If you try them in the morning you will wait 20 mins to get up to your floor. Staff is good and fast. Breakfast is not that great. Some stuff is hard and cold
