They charged $50 extra as the beds were too comfortable and slept in too well...couldn't hear the alarm....

Nossa hospedagem no Hampton Inn Orlando Internacional Drive foi excelente! Quarto e cama confortáveis, muito limpo, cheiroso. No dia do check in fomos atendidos por uma Brasileira, se estou certa o nome dela era Cristiane , uma querida, muito alto astral. Hotel bem localizado, lugar silencioso, o café de manhã tinha até que bastante opções, padrão americano, no primeiro dia teve omelete com legumes , mas nos demais foi apenas ovos mexidos, poderia ter mais vezes. Também tivemos interações com o Shelton da recepção, um querido super acessível e sempre disponível para ajudar.

I will never stay here again. The bedsheets and the comforter had holes in them. The front desk was not helpful. I had called for some extra towels and toilet paper at 10:30, and an hour and a half later still nothing was sent up. I then called again and they told me I needed to go downstairs to pick it up. I paid $50 for a later checkout and they forgot to update the card to enter the hotel, so I was stuck outside. They were very unprofessional. The washer and dryer seemed as if it were broken, they charge you a separate fee to use them and they took forever to function. The breakfast was very bland and there was not much selection. It was basically the same thing every day. Very disappointed in their service and overall hotel in general.

This was a awesome place to stay, we come here to go to a convention which was right down the street and a shuttle was provided every day for it by the convention. But afterwards the motel is located right in the middle of everything “restaurants & shops & pubs” all within walking distance. Room’s was clean & staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, definitely will be rebooking here again.
