一切都很棒，服務很好，我要求的一切都得到了滿足，只是當我登記入住時，迎接我的 Paula 並不友好，也沒有給我們熱情的問候，她沒有心情。

這個酒店的設施很破舊， 根本看不出是2022年裝修過的，燈上面銹跡斑斑，電視機很小， 毛巾都可以淘汰了，浴室沒敢洗澡，9:00去餐廳，已經看不到早餐了。

這是一家非常古老的酒店，沒有太多翻新。早餐選擇有限。不過這家飯店價格實惠。

入住日期：7月31日 – 8月2日 入住人數：2位成人，2位兒童 房間：雙人床，3樓 我們在3樓的雙人房住了兩晚。房間在我們抵達時已經準備好了，這很好，尤其是在我們航班延誤到午夜之後的情況下。房間裡配備了微波爐和迷你冰箱，方便存放飲料和零食。房間大小對於我們一家四口來說很合適。 浴室還可以，功能齊全，但缺乏裝飾，看起來很普通。雖然有一些使用痕跡，但所有設施都能正常運作。總的來說，酒店的維護狀況良好，我沒有發現建築物有明顯的磨損或損壞。 由於押金系統出現技術問題，非營業時間辦理入住比較慢。前台沒有介紹飯店的設施、早餐時間，甚至沒有提到電梯，所以我們第一晚就得扛著行李爬了三層樓。 我選擇這家飯店的主要原因就是看中了它的早餐。然而，早餐種類雖然重複且穩定：炒蛋、香腸餅、麥片、果汁、牛奶，以及每日更換的麵包。雖然足以開啟新的一天，但早上6:30到9:00的營業時間實在太短，尤其是在度假期間。如果營業時間更長一些，或者提供一些上午晚些時候的早餐選擇，那就更好了。早餐區很小，自助式，使用紙杯和紙盤，咖啡也只有淺烘焙咖啡和低咖啡因咖啡兩種選擇。 飯店位置尚可，就在主要區域外。飯店靠近沃爾瑪，方便快速購物；距離海洋世界、水上樂園和迪士尼之泉也只有15-20分鐘車程；而且緊鄰I-4高速公路，方便前往其他主題樂園和機場。 退房快捷方便。對於短期停留或中途停留來說，這家旅館或許是個不錯的選擇，尤其是考慮到它的地理位置和性價比。但對於長途旅行來說，如果能提供更舒適的住宿環境和更有彈性的早餐服務，那就完美了。

Never stay at this hotel. There are serious security issues. Unknown things are happening at night. The hotel doesn't report the situation to the police and, moreover, it refuses to fulfill any responsibility. The cleanliness is appalling. Bedbugs are everywhere. Bedbugs bite you while you sleep, and your entire stay is plagued with illness. The intercoms in the rooms never work. There aren't enough towels, and despite being told, they never come. The reception staff don't care if the world burns. The smell of banned substances can be smelled in the hotel corridors every night. In short, this is a place you should never go to.

The hotel staff were all very polite and did their best to help with any small questions or problems. However, the room had a constantly running faucet, which needs repair. Additionally, there were cockroaches everywhere, so people who are sensitive to that might not be able to stay here. There were also dead cockroaches inside the refrigerator, raising doubts about whether proper cleaning is being done.

房間很大，衞生間也很好，地毯太舊了。如果地毯能夠更新一下就很滿意了，地段不錯出行很方便，購物也很便利。

我不喜歡那裡。到處都是蟑螂，房間裡有一股難聞的氣味，床單上有污漬，馬桶沖不了水，簡直糟透了，我不推薦。

Nos hospedamos en este hotel en familia y fue una experiencia terrible. Teníamos una habitación para seis personas, que se suponía incluiría dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos dimos cuenta de que no nos habían proporcionado ropa de cama ni almohadas para el sofá cama. Cuando fuimos a la recepción a reclamar, nos dijeron que se les habían acabado las sábanas y que lo único que podían ofrecernos eran toallas. ¿Pretendían que durmiéramos sobre un sofá sucio y con manchas, sin sábanas ni almohadas? Totalmente inaceptable. Pedimos hablar con un supervisor, pero nos dijeron que no estaba disponible. Luego solicitamos una hoja de reclamaciones y tampoco la tenían. Ante esta situación, pedimos cancelar la reserva porque no nos estaban ofreciendo las condiciones mínimas para una estadía digna, pero nos lo negaron. Como resultado, seis personas tuvimos que dormir en dos camas diseñadas para cuatro. La limpieza era pésima, había un fuerte olor a humedad, sábanas amarillas y pelo en las toallas y el trato del personal dejó mucho que desear: no eran amables ni estaban capacitados para resolver problemas. Para rematar la mala experiencia, decidimos darle una oportunidad al desayuno buffet por la mañana… un desastre total. El buffet más pobre que hemos visto: solo había pan, huevos revueltos y cereal. Si pueden evitar este hotel, háganlo. No deberían seguir operando en estas condiciones. Una vergüenza absoluta.

Das Zimmer war ekelig. Im Zimmer hat es gestunken, wir hatten einen Käfer im Bad, die Bettwäsche war pflegig. Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn, eine Lärmisolation ist nicht vorhanden, somit ab 5 Uhr hat man das Gefühl, auf der Autobahn zu liegen. Selbst unter diesen Umständen würde uns von der Unterkunft eine Stornierung der restlichen Nächte nicht ermöglicht. Haben das Hotel auch ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

If you’re looking for a low cost good hotel, this hotel is ideal!

the hotel was awful, the carpet was dirty, and you felt itchy when sleeping in the bed, sheet is not really clean. was staying there for 1 night, and we decided to extend 1 more nigjt because we came back from universal very late, in the morning inasked the front to make clean the room during the extension room, and she said okay.. but after come back from universal in very late night, room still the same as morning we left, i asked to the receptionis and she said, cleaning is once in 3 days, what kind of hotel it is will not recomend ppl to stay here, is budget hotel yes. but infound many a way better this is not managed very well

Nice location in relation to the parks. A little dated, but service was good, and it was clean. Great place to lay out heads on those long park days.

房間巳經非常陳舊，連續住三天，不搞衞生的，電梯破舊，走廊象是多年失修的，房間又暗又潮濕，衹有環境還可以！
