This is a private house rented out per room base.  We stayed upstairs at the master bedroom with an independent bathroom.  The room was neat & clean but with nearly no amenities.  We tried to use the washer & dryer and were told they were not available until 9am the next day.  With a checkout time by 11am, it means the washer & dryer were essentially off limits for us to use.   Since the house is quite aged, the floors & stairs squeak loudly when there are people walking.  As there are multiple rooms & renters, you can hear the noises late into the night.  If you are a light sleeper, it’s difficult to go into sleep till very late at night when all renters have gone to sleep.

Text received too late I didn't receive the text from the manager until after we had attempted to access our accommodations at the property. I received the text at 5:40 PM after we discovered we were locked out at 4 PM. My cell service caused the delay. It would have been better if the text was sent to me the previous day to allow for this delay. Therefore, we made other arrangements and did not stay at this property. As a result, of this circumstance, I formally request a refund. Thank you.

Fine- old Large room was large, but the main living space had a pungent smell that was too much for me to tolerate. I was not actually able to complete the full night stay.

Scary experience, can't recommend The description said “Bathroom 3.“ In reality 1 bathroom shared by 3 bedrooms. On the 3rd night as we went to bed around 11ish, someone kept loudly opening and closing their door, turning on and off the hallway light within seconds multiple times throughout the night. We were uneasy since the doorlock isn't secure and no lockbolt. We were awakened by a loud sound like a fist forcefully punching a door at 1:40a.m. Then we heard a man's loud scream of anger or frustration coming from across the hallway. At that point we wanted to get out, but didn't feel safe leaving the room. We could only pray for our safety. Around 4:30 we heard someone kept tapping a table or wood surface downstairs. These were extremely unusual behaviors to experience as a staying customer. It was scary to say the least. We have never experienced something like this. Ever. He seems to be a permanent resident in Room 1, but can't be sure. We have no way of knowing. The door to the room have signs that someone had tried to enter with a credit card or some other means. My husband tested it with a credit card. It was opend immediately. Positive thing was that everything was clean.

The room was very clean and very nicely kept. The furniture was very comfortable. The guest house also had a full kitchen which was shared by all tenants. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is a very affordable situation, as long as you don't mind sharing a bath with strangers. Several different people were there during the 4 days I stayed and all were very nice. It was VERY clean and every time anyone left, a cleaning crew came in immediately to reclean. You can lock your own bedroom. It's simply furnished, but nice. Location is great for anything at BYU. It's not plush, but I was looking for VERY affordable and totally clean and adequate. I'd use it again.
