Hot tub, large yard, covered patio, & outdoor seating for a couples retreat or retreat with your family. Free parking for 2 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen & dining area. 1 mile to University place & Smiths grocery store, 5 mins to Rec Center, 4 mins to UVU, 10 mins to BYU, 6 mins to Provo Canyon, and short walk to Scera park. The space is located in the lower level of a house with a completely separate entrance and no way of accessing the upper level. We provide a flexible self check-in (keyless entry) to allow for arrivals later in the evening/night stress free. Also available for free with your reservation is Wifi, parking for 2 cars in driveway and free street parking, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, pack n' play, and BBQ grill. Visit with family
The property manager was very communicative and helpful. The place was super cute and mostly clean. Our only complaint is that there were a ton of spiders. We killed about 5 a day.
