"Hotel is not even close to be 4 starts, I have stayed at many hotels in Turkey, and unfortunately, this hotel does not come close to what I would expect from a 4-star property. The room we stayed in was not clean. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, the showerhead was loose, and there was a significant amount of mold in the shower. I was surprised that the hotel considered this acceptable for guests. The beds were also very uncomfortable, which made the stay even more disappointing. When I mentioned the mold issue to the hotel staff, their response was that “everyone knows about it,” which was not reassuring at all. A known hygiene issue should be addressed, not dismissed. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. Based on my experience, I would not consider it a 4-star hotel."
