錫安黃松小木屋旅館(Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort)

We slept in a wagon which was a very nice experience and used the common toilets which were very clean. The personnel was wonderful, they gave us many useful information about the entry to the park in Zion and also good advises to eat there. The site is very nice and we enjoyed the fresh air in the evening (with the heat we have been going through these last days ...;-)) The restaurant in the structure could be better in quality. But the rest was really good.

The pictures and description aren’t true to life—it’s run down. Also, we stayed in a glamping tent & nowhere does it say or do they tell you the third bed is a trundle. Ok, fine. But when it’s pulled out it blocks the door—fire hazard and when I woke up and had to use the bathroom first—you have to move the bed halfway under the bed. Breakfast was good, staff was ok (Nancy was fantastic), but the accommodations were subpar.

The Resort is located right outside of Zion National Park which makes it a great place to stay when visiting there. We stayed in a glamping tent which was an amazing experience. Due to the location of the property it is really quiet and offers an amazing view of the night sky and you might even spy some deers. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well!

Excellent glamping experience. The tent was warm with comfy beds and entry of space. But I was surprised to find that there was no public sink area for washing dishes, and had to resort to washing my pots and pans in the tiny bathroom sinks. Overall I would recommend, especially if they get some actual public use sinks for washing up.

Cons Bunk bed ladder is unstable. Very cold floors. Takes long to heat the room. Flush is not very strong. Rooms are too small for a family of 4 . Pull out sofa bed is not easy to use. Pros Location is close to the park. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Wooded cabin feel is nice. Very easy to get into the room with access code.

The place has great amenities and potential. Breakfast was horrible and the cleaning crew "invaded" my room to clean almost 2 hours before check out. I went for breakfast and when I returned to my cabin to brush my teeth and shower, they were there.

While the property was accommodating when we had a change of plans, construction woke us up at 7:30 am and the “deluxe” cabin we stayed in had a couch with a huge stain on it and crumbs.
