Wonderful service and accommodation for American Xpress members, upgrade upon arrival, credit for the stay and access to the lounge, we’d definitely return to this hotel … wonderful friendly services by all staff, we received excellent services by towels beach staff, car parking support team, spa staff to room service and all front desk team were super friendly and supporting … incredible welcome warm welcome for AMX members, restaurants onsite too were superb … and the “tea time” in the lounge was just wonderful … including the staff ….again we’d return in a heart beat to this wonderful hidden gem of Croatia! Room was super clean, wonderful effort in making us feel welcomed and special …Highly recommending this hotel …

Ok so this was my two year delayed honeymoon and I couldn't have been happier with the hotel. I found it to be exceptionally clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the views were amazing and the food topnotch. We had Bed and breakfast booked, I found the breakfast to be incredibly generous in the options possible. I was so pleased to see a gluten-free section being the daughter of a coeliy, that showed how aware the hotel is of people's needs. One small criticism is how busy it was; in terms of a larger area is needed to accommodate everyone who is staying! The staff also need more help in clearing tables and re-laying them as most people want to be outside. We ate a few of the restaurants and now need to be on a diet at they were exceptional! A shout out to the housekeeper Marina on 7th floor as she is so brilliant and looked after our room and us. It seems not many by guests say hello to her, we always do to all staff and that seemed to make her very happy. All in all an amazing place, thank you Royal Neptun, thank you Dubrovnik and thank you Croatia for amazing times. Use Uber as brilliant and get on the tours as so worth learning about this incredible place.

很棒的酒店挑不出毛病。單憑景色就值得入住。房間非常寬敞舒適,淋浴很棒,洗浴用品種類繁多。總共認爲5家酒店有8個游泳池。我們喜歡皇家藍色島嶼的泳池酒吧。我唯一的遺憾沒有預訂海景,這是必須的。早餐很棒,我大部分時間都吃煎蛋,但有各種各樣的水果,沙拉麪包肉和魚,以及麥片和一些熱食物。酒店很乾淨,如果你只是想坐不喝酒,工作人員就不會和你說話。酒店裏沒有餐點,但食物看起來不錯。進入酒店的每個人都被我們一定會回來的景色所震撼。杜布羅夫尼克本身有如此寒冷的氛圍,我們喜歡它

不錯的酒店，雖然不在老城，每天打車過去，或者門口坐公車也可以，前台接待的經理很專業，拿着地圖跟我們介紹城區的一切。比起住在老城，這裏風景很棒，唯一的缺點就是早餐的水果盡然有三天都是壞的水果，早餐還需改進，酒店加收每房城市稅金。

This is a lovely hotel, clean rooms with good supply of hot water & easy to control air-con, clean pool, free pool towels and free safe (no deposit required), pleasant and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel kindly prepared us a packed breakfast one morning as we had booked an early trip. Also they were quite happy to provide us with an early morning call. Live music is provided several nights a week in the pool area and is good, and not overly loud. Poolside food is excellent and not too pricey. There are vending machines in the hotel so you can get cold drinks and snacks at any time, however they do appear to be a bit temperamental. I was concerned before I arrived after seeing some reports of construction work outside the hotel but in my opinion it has little impact on the hotel. The work is being carried out to the harbour road, so there is some disruption to the view of the boats and beyond from the hotel pool area. However in terms of noise, we experienced none during our stay other than a couple of lorries passing along the road. In terms of access, if you turn left outside the hotel gate, you can easily walk into the town on a well made road and footpath. If you turn right, it is rough underfoot and not suitable for high heeled shoes or pushchairs, but anyone wearing flat shoes and able-bodied is fine (but to be honest, there's little need to turn right). The buses run frequently into Old Dubrovnik (2 euros each way) and the bus stop is about a 10 mins amble up the hill on the roundabout (slightly less if you use the steps on the left after the hotel as it's a short cut). Plenty of restaurants up the hill and across the road to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Lots of choice.

Nice clean modern hotel situated a few minutes walk from the marina. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed, although the pillows were a bit on the soft side for me. The Nespresso machine for a coffee in your room was a very nice touch. The bathroom was very clean, with a walk in shower, but the only toiletries provided were a squeezy bottle of shower gel, and a similar dispenser of soap by the hand basin. A little bit of conditioner, or lotion would have been nice. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet affair, with a very good varied selection fruit, cereals, cheese, cold meats, along with eggs, bacon sausages etc. Would be happy to stay there again

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, il faut monter 4 étage sans ascenseur avec les valises pour atteindre la réception, puis deux étages sans ascenseur supplémentaires pour une chambre avec vue sur les poubelles de l’établissement ( il y avait de la place dans la cour, il n’était pas obligé de les mettre sous notre fenêtre. Deux réceptionnistes pendant le séjour, une très sympathique, l’autre ( Ivana) très désagréable, pas de bonjour ni au revoir au moment de quitter l’hôtel. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée ( on entend les clients des chambres voisines et le bruit du service petit dej le matin alors que notre chambre était au deuxième. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et la cuisinière agréable et serviable. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Lapad Je déconseille cet l’hôtel. Très belle localisation mais je vous conseille de sélectionner un autre hôtel si vous séjourner à Dubrovnik
