舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Orangeburg)

Our stay was fine but our room was not the cleanest. The toilet seat had stains and the bathroom needs updates…a bit run down. The staff at check in and at breakfast area were extremely friendly.

Horrible. Desk wasn't helpful and rude. Couldn't get reservations to work and the attitude of the front desk was bad. Went to the Holiday Inn Express, they had great service.

The staff was pleasantly nice and the hotel was clean. The property was conveniently located near quick grab places such as restaurants, gas stations, and the Dollar General. I want to give a special shout out to Mrs. Shirley. She did her thang with breakfast, especially with the sausage biscuits and gravy. My family was truly grateful for a good breakfast that didn't taste like school breakfast lol.

Good for the price. Bathrooms need a renovation but the room was actually pretty decent and spacious with comfortable beds.

My stay here was the awful, when I checked in, I was treated kindly but when asked to apply my discounted rates for VA and senior citizen, the young man did not know what to do. So, he stated to wait until we check out to have it applied then. There was no hot water and mind you I had an infant with us. The food was terrible, there were flying coach roach in the pull-out bed, the worst! When time to check out, the message for my discount was not passed on to the next person, so she is looking at me like I was lying and didn't want to apply it and didn't look she applied anything to my account because nothing was really taken off. Overall, I would not be coming back to this establishment.

No clerk at desk for 10 minutes. Did not know her job and borderline rude. Luke warm water in shower

Paying $188/night plus for an updated room, one doesn’t expect to find bubbling paint and chipping plaster around the tub in their bathroom. (Can send pic.) Manager offered 20% discount only to rescind after finding we booked room thru 3rd party.

Large room, comfy bed and sheets. Had to clean dirty a/c-heater filter myself. Window would not shut completely. Carpet should be removed. Not a wow for cleanliness. Breakfast was fine and offered different choices but for the grits and oatmeal, you should pass.

Very clean and spacious room. Bathroom was large. Beds were very comfortable. Polite and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.
