Excellent service

The customer service was divine, had an issue with a window on a night the temp was below zero,the front desk sent maintenance immediately and his assessment was to change rooms,the front desk made the change happen within minutes…I’ve already recommended you hotel to my family and friends,I will stay there every time I visit ny.

The property is close to family in the and I had hoped this would be a good place to stay for family visits. But I will never stay here again. This had to be the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. There wasn't a single coat hanger. There was rolled up toilet paper stuffed into the peep hole instead of the peep hole viewer. The electrical outlets were falling out of the wall. There were holes in the walls. The carpet and single chair in the room were filthy. There was no washcloth or bathmat in the bathroom. The water in the tub ran all night long and there was no way to turn it completely off. The only things in the room clean were the sheets and pillows. I didn't get into the room until very late and some of these things were discovered over the course of the night and there was no alternative in the area, otherwise I would have left.

The receptionists i dealt with were all very great and cinsiderate. The first room my wife and me got was a disaster. Stains on the bed, smashed bugs on the wall, mold smell, and as soon as i opened the window all i smell is someone smoking pot. My wife is pregnant and I did not want her around that at all. The room was just filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned ever. So I got offered another room, this one didnt smell atleast but was still grimy. The bed had to be old because you hust felt like you slept on a wooden board. Dead bugs and a baseball bat under the bed, the shower was leaking from the ceiling, one pillow had stains on the back of it which looked like dried blood. The bed didnt have a comforter so all we got was a sheet. The room never got cleaned and restocked of ammenities while we were there for 3 days. The housecleaners never were around I guess? The price was not worth it at all. Would have gotten better sleep in my car.

I stayed for 2 weeks and I did not have my room cleaned 6 times. I had to ask the front desk everyday to clean my room and even if I did they did not clean it. I was not given towels 7 days of my stay and had to ask for clean ones every other day. They would also not place toilet paper daily and I had to ask for this at the front desk. The front desk service was horrible. One front desk attendant laughed and said "Well, they must have forgotten to clean your room. We have been busy." No apology or reaction other than a smirky laugh and she did nothing to correct the issue. I asked again for them to clean my room at 7am. I arrived back at my room at 11pm and nothing was done. My room was at the back of the hotel and I had to walk all the way to the front to ask for towels, soap, and toilet paper. I would never stay here again.
