Hotel is nice and clean. Room has everything for a good night sleep. Shower head was great ! Overall a great stay 😊

All in all we had a very pleasant stay, just a few issues that can easily be resolved. I was initially put off by the fact that after arriving to the hotel at 1:30pm, I was made to wait until 3:00pm to check in to my room due to a new IHG policy. I think you can come up with some other type of perk for gold and platinum members other than making people wait in the lobby. Consideration should be given to those of us who have been traveling all day and would like to get settled. Also, Sunday morning breakfast was a disaster!….. only one staff member so we had to wait while she cooked/ heated up individual items for the breakfast room. I understand that Sunday is probably your busiest day so perhaps have two staff members so breakfast can run more smoothly. The hotel is always clean, beds are comfy and staff is always friendly. My go to for any travel but just a little feedback on what to improve 😊

Loved having the keurig in the room, the room was spotless, wverything was above and beyond our expectations including the great choices for breakfast.

Obviously they only care about the lobby. The rooms are sub-par. Drain doesn’t work, staff couldn’t care less. Not a fan.

We had no hot water or towels. You can understand the disappoin**ent when being gone all day and getting back at 10:30 to take a shower and it’s ice cold. Then we had 1 towel to share and went to ask for more to be told they were all out till 6 in the morning

Everything was top notch The fridge may need replaced though It was loud. So was the bathroom light. Great breakfast choices.

Breakfast was not the best, but rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The property was great. My third stay here and it's always clean and friendly staff. The only issue we had this time was housekeeping. We left our room late on day one, so they never restocked our room. Day two, i went to the desk to make sure we got our room serviced. Day three, they only made the bed and gave clean towels. Didn't replenish coffees.

Perfect for a quick stay convenient to stores and restaurants. Staff is always courteous.
