Amica服務式公寓

We were very happy with the stay at Amica Apartments, nice and cosy and clean place with friendly staff at a very convenient location. We would be coming back there if in Orange again:)

Comfortable bed and spacious apartment although the massive balcony seems like an unnecessary waste of space that could have been better used in the bedroom (perhaps somewhere to store one’s suitcase). Not sure about the “serviced” aspect of the accommodation- does emptying bins and hanging up a bathmat count? Ordinarily I would expect the bed to be made and the towels replaced so I was a little surprised by that. Overall - it was okay for the price.

Great apartment would recommend. Comfortable bed, great amenenties in room, large bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is the smoke alarm above the bed which flashes. When sleeping is difficult not to see it as it lights up the room. Would be 5/5 if you could fix that!

We booked directly via phone, spoke to Tabatha. We requested a deluxe One Bedroom Apartment. Tabatha recommended booking us into a room which provided a view. I booked two nights.The room we were presented with was located within the undercover car park. Both the bedroom and the kitchenette had highlight windows only, which looked directly into the undercover carpark. The only view to the outside was a glass sliding door, which led to the side of the building, looking onto a three-metre-high fence. The accommodation was dark & cold, without much natural light. Reception hours seem to be indicative as the door was locked & lights off. I attended reception just after 5pm, the sign at the door states they close at 5:30pm, whereas the website states 6:00pm. Two early morning false fire alarms, necessitated evacuations by hotel guests each time. No communication came from reception. We left that morning, one day earlier than booked without receiving a refund. I am very, very disappointed with the management of Amica apartments, the unreliability of the comments/information from the reception staff and the quality of the accommodation.

Modern, clean and comfortable serviced apartment complex on the fringe of Orange town centre. Relatively quiet location despite single track railway line at the rear, however sound insulation poor through front door. Fully equipped with kitchenette, microwave and cooking utensils.

Fantastic communication, clean and tidy room. I checked in late after hours and everything was a smooth process. Undercover and underground carparks were available. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to orange, whether a long or short stay
