奧蘭多東南諾娜歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn by Hilton Orlando Southeast Nona)

Positive point: The hotel is pretty new and all the staff tried to be as nice as possible. Negative: they dont offer daily room housekeeping. I’ve spent 5 nights at the hotel and they gave me clean towels and new trash bags only once. They don’t vaccum the room, don’t make the beds and don’t clean the bathroom. At he breakfast, only plastic cutlery was available.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but when someone has a bad experience, the least they deserve is an apology. Check in at Hampton Lake Nona was quick. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The room was adequate although the AC had a bit of a dingy smell. No biggie - I was just there for a night. Then a huge cockroach appeared by the TV desk. I ran to the front desk and the lady was very nice and understanding and told me there were no more rooms left. So she got me someone (?) to come deal with the situation. A young man appeared empty handed (I was expecting a broom or spray bottle?), when he found the intruder he proceeded to take off his sneaker and squash the roach on the desk. Then he asked “only one?”. I responded with “so far”. Needless to say I slept with a light on and an eye open the rest of the night. No apology from management or anything. I’ve stayed in many hotels and honestly I’m not a needy person. But I really could have used an apology this time around.

Mattresses are way too firm, we stayed 3 nights and seen housekeeping in the hallways everyday but they never once cleaned our room or replaced our towels. No safe in the room for your valuables either. Only reason I gave it two stars is because the room is modern and spacious and the girl at the check in was extremely nice

Nice place to be of you are looking for a silent disconnection to the outside. P.s : have limited dining options

We did not get room service for two days. No towels. Trash bins overflowing. Made front desk aware. Very ignorant and nonapologetic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. The entire place is immaculate. The breakfast bar was excellent, with a full selection.
