The staff were professional and very friendly and elevators were great! The condo's bathroom had hair all over, the shower curtains in both bathrooms were too long and had previously been broken, we did not get checked in until after 4:30pm and was told that they were short handed, some of the untensils had residue on them, the fridge leaked from freezer making a mess (informed front desk upon departure), the sliding door needs WD 40 because it was EXTREMELY hard to open and close. Last but not least is the master setup was poorly designed with no door separating the bathroom area from the bed. We made the best of our stay and laughed a bit otherwise.

We loved our stay at the Phoenix VI. The views were spectacular. The condo had every amenity we wanted and more. Easy Beach access, chair service available, indoor & outdoor pools, fitness room & sauna, vending machines, bathrooms on the beach level (nice ones too), and racquetball. Very clean. Great for families or couples. We will be back!
