凱藝飯店-大學區(Quality Inn Auburn University Area)

My room was very clean, and the A/C actually made the room cold. Most hotel A/C units barely work, even in really nice hotels. The property seems well kept, no noisy neighbors, and easy to get to where you need to go.

My room reeked of smoke, you could definitely tell it had been renovated HASTILY. When I pulled back the covers there was hairs all over the sheets. The sheets left a residue on my hand after I touched them. The AC wouldn’t go past 74, even after I attempted to turn it down, I ended up checking out with in 15 minutes of checking in and going to another hotel.

I booked this room while at Camp Ware Eagle with my daughter for a college orientation. I got there and checked in. I opened the door to my room and immediately started breaking out in hives. The room smelled like mold and the shower had mold around the floor. I walked out called ******* explained the situation and was told they couldn't issue a refund that night but would talk to management and i would know something in 24-48 hours. I took my keys to the front desk and explained the situation and checked in at the Courtyard Marriot 15 mins away. 6 days later I didn't have a refund and no one contacted me so I called the hotel ******* and they said according to the hotel I stayed in the room. Please explain how I can be in two places at one time. I will dispute the charges with my bank and send them the proof of the Marriott confirmation for the same night.

Manager was in a bad mood. Kept stating we had no reservation , not using my last name to look up. Gave me wrong key for room, and then he said we had mixed it up (my son, was on same booking, but he got into room. My key said it was for the room allocated, but it wasn`t. Eventually he changed it, but no apology. In the morning, he wouldn`t give us a receipt, so we rolled our eyes, and he virtually chased us out saying we were rude and never to come back!. He was in a bad mood both in the evening and morning

Family weekend at Auburn.Clean basic hotel. No thrill's but a good place to stay close to everything in the area.

It is close Auburn university, however was not as clean as expected and was noisy. Internet connection is a nightmare.

Horrible customer service!!! Booked for my husband who was moving cross country(uhaul with a car carrier). No parking for this- tried to cancel but would not allow. Do not stay here…

The light fixtures wasn’t fixed the mat in the shower was dirty the toilet had stains in it

Does not have a pool even though it states that the website
