Manager was in a bad mood. Kept stating we had no reservation , not using my last name to look up. Gave me wrong key for room, and then he said we had mixed it up (my son, was on same booking, but he got into room. My key said it was for the room allocated, but it wasn`t. Eventually he changed it, but no apology. In the morning, he wouldn`t give us a receipt, so we rolled our eyes, and he virtually chased us out saying we were rude and never to come back!. He was in a bad mood both in the evening and morning
