A very beautiful, new hotel with exceptional, high-end furniture pieces. Wonderful ambiance and interior. Excellent breakfast and an outstanding dinner. I highly recommend the half-board option. A three-course menu, but with very generous portions and top-quality, delicious food. The hotel truly impressed us, and we will definitely return. + Reasonably priced coffee - No coffee machine in the room

The staff tries to be kind, but is uneducated and incompetent. We parked the car in the garage, and after an hour when I wanted to take something out of the car I found out that the car had been moved to another, public garage, 500 meters away, without my knowledge. Revolted by this behavior, we left the hotel, without consuming the overnight stay or any services. They duly charged us for the night.

· 早餐和晚餐（我們訂的是半膳）都種類豐富，美味可口。廚房非常好！我們的房間要求提前得到了滿足。這是值得注意的一件正面的事情。服務人員很努力，但對於五星級飯店來說，仍有改進空間。健身區的員工非常棒！對於健康假期來說，這家酒店的設施太有限了。它不配享有健康酒店的地位。這裡有一個非常漂亮的室內游泳池，溫度非常適合遊幾圈。只有一個桑拿室，休息室太冷了。雖然室外游泳池很小，但是位於飯店樓頂，泳池無邊際效果非常棒。然而，飯店只有 6 張躺椅，不幸的是，儘管飯店很高檔，但早上起床躺椅上卻鋪滿了毛巾。那是不可能的。房間家具無論從視覺或功能上來說都是一流的！車庫服務簡直是一場災難，無法進入汽車，我們的一個行李箱的把手被扯斷了。 （儘管我們想自己把東西裝上車，但那個男孩卻這麼做了——結果一個行李箱被毀了）。我們沒有收到有關此次事故的任何信息，酒店也沒有道歉。我們被經理以書面形式敷衍了事了！絕對不行！這個車庫的性價比太不合適了！飯店位於公車站和繁忙道路旁。感覺不到海水。位置不太好。  我們強烈建議不要使用車庫服務：您每天需支付 30 歐元，而且無法使用自己的車輛！保證幾分鐘後男孩就會把車開過來是不真實的。我們兩次都得等半個小時。最糟糕的是：一個行李箱被毀了，飯店沒有通知我們，也沒有道歉！絕對不行！休閒室和屋頂酒吧很酷——不僅視覺上，而且溫度也很酷。這意味著房間太冷，應該加熱。在休息室裡你必須把自己裹得嚴嚴實實以免受凍！餐廳區域的工作人員很盡力，但仍有改進的空間。有兩份訂單上錯了，週末早上等待的時間有時真的很長，餐具丟失或被遺忘，儘管我們問了兩次，我們還是不得不自己整理，在晚餐時（不幸的是我們獨自一人，半膳服務可能不太好）我們受到了不愉快的觀察並多次被要求提供訂單，儘管我們明確表示我們仍然想瀏覽菜單。接待處的服務太糟糕了。無論是在友好程度方面，還是在如何與客人打交道的資訊和能力方面，都體現了這一點。最大的煩惱是：我入住時必須提供我的信用卡。我的帳戶上的金額已被凍結。退房時我們被告知也可以用另一張金融卡付款。米

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, schönes, großzügiges Bad. Die Lage inmitten von Opatija hat uns sehr zugesagt. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr ansprechend, sehr großer Innenpool. Der Außenpool am Dach ist eher sehr klein, aber für eine Erfrischung ausreichend, und die Aussicht entschädigt sowieso für alles. Diese kann man auch Abends von der Bar aus genießen.

This hotel is modern and elegant. Our first impression was great! We were served a wonderful lunch at the rooftop terrace when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotless. The beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The spa was amazing with a really large swimming pool, a nice resting area, and well-heated saunas. A great place to relax. This could have been a really great two-night stay. But the hotel was hosting a wedding while we stayed there, and that had many negative consequences for us. First, the rooftop was closed after we had our lunch there and remained unavailable for the rest of our stay. We we told we could enjoy the spa instead, but that is not really the same as sitting in the sun with a nice drink. Second, on the day of the wedding, the spa was used as some sort of gathering place for families with children. All rest beds were occupied for hours, and it was very noisy (and do you really allow babies in the swimming pool?) It did not feel like a spa at all, and it was no place to relax after a swim. Third, the bar next to the reception was used for the wedding reception, so we could not be there either. It was Saturday afternoon/evening, and there were no place for us to be in the hotel if we wanted to chat over a drink. Fourth, the hotel rooms are not exactly sound proof. If you stay in a room with connecting doors, you will hear the guests in the connected room really well through the door. And if they have loud music at the rooftop. you can sing along in your room. The wedding party went on until 4-5 in the morning. First on the roof top, which was terribly noisy, before it was moved to the basement. That was a bit better, but we could still hear the bass. My travel companions called the reception many times throughout the night to ask them to lower the music, but it did not help. Some of them were kept awake by the music till 4.30. Good sleep is the core of the service a hotel should deliver, and is something we expected from a 5-star hotel. I think we should be told in advance if hotel facilities will be made unavailable. We might have decided to stay somewhere else. And as long as the rooms are not soundproof, loud parties until early morning should not be allowed. The welfare of wedding guests was clearly given higher priority than ours. We don't feel we got what we paid for.

Nuovissimo boutique hotel, arredato con gusto ed eleganza, spazi comuni molto curati e piacevoli, camere davvero belle, ampie, confortevoli, letti e biancheria di altissima qualità, bagni strepitosi. A pochi passi dal mare (ma non ha una sua spiaggia o lido convenzionato), ottima colazione in una sala molto gradevole con una buona scelta di piatti dolci e salati sia a buffet sia da ordinare al momento. Rooftop molto bello con una piscina panoramica piacevole ma davvero piccola e con pochissimi lettini (ne ho contati 10) rispetto alla capienza dell’albergo. Bellissima la piscina coperta. C’è ancora però da rifinire il servizio che, seppure molto gentile,a mio parere, non si può ancora definire a 5 stelle. Il servizio di pulizie in camera è un po’ sommario (il primo giorno ho trovato piatti e tazze sporche del giorno prima, un altro giorno avevano portato via gli asciugamani e i bicchieri sporchi ma avevano dimenticato di rimettere i puliti…piccole cose subito risolte ma che in un 5 stelle non credo dovrebbero succedere). A colazione tanti camerieri giovani e gentili ma di cui spesso dovevi richiamare l’attenzione per ordinare qualcosa o sparecchiare il tavolo. Infine la prima sera abbiamo cenato in albergo, tutto buono ma, pur essendo le 22-00 (il ristorante chiude alle 23-00) con noi e un altro tavolo occupati ancora a cenare, i camerieri sparecchiavano gli altri tavoli e li preparavano per la colazione, cosa francamente non molto simpatica mentre stai ancora mangiando, hai quasi la spiacevole sensazione di doverti sbrigare a mangiare e andare via. Comunque, a parte queste piccole défaillances secondo me assolutamente risolvibili con il tempo e un pochino di attenzione ed esperienza in più, il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Non è naturalmente economico ma ha comunque un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e ne vale la pena. Consigliato!
