The rooms are not maintained neat. Washrooms are worst. There is no shops nearby. Even milk you cant get for the children. The Management is worst. I booked this hotal for my relatives and they had worst experience. They had children and we wanted milk. It was not available. They dont have hotal and they book in swiggy. Since it is long from Ooty, it takes more time to reach. Not the best choice for family

Nice comfortable and clean rooms resort. Stayed with family and arrangements by the incharge staff was nice and he was very helpful and always available and made good arrangements ....wifi was available 24 hrs..Unforgettable stay ...
