The Family Suite (Non-View) was indeed a delight with a double room. The room was very spacious and had an external balcony as well. It is little off the main city with very narrow roads to reach the hotel. Highlights: Camp fire arranged every evening with music and chairs for the guest to socialize Bison sightings are common early mornings or late nights. There is a game zone though not maintained very well There is a large open parking. The staff is very warm and tries to accommodate your request to their best. Dinner is good but not the best. Buffet Breakfast with limited spread. It is a very safe and cosy place.

Room service is worst and not upto mark by the cost wise.. Room no 118 toilet door not locked properly , no Tamil channels service provided in existing TV connection

The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. What stood out most was the hospitality – the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made our stay extra special. The food was delicious. Whether you're looking for adventure or just want to unwind, this resort has something for everyone. I can’t wait to return – highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the hustle and enjoy a peaceful, luxurious retreat!

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend, but our stay was completely disrupted by ongoing renovations. Construction work started around 12 PM and continued until 5 PM, with loud noises coming from a room directly behind ours. The noise was unbearable, making it impossible to rest or even watch a movie. Despite calling the front desk nearly 15 times, nothing was done to stop it. This went on for two days, and by the third day, we had no choice but to leave as our concerns were ignored. When we requested a refund, we received nothing more than a generic ‘Sorry for the inconvenience.’ It’s unacceptable to carry out renovations while guests are staying at the hotel without prior notice or consideration for their comfort.
