凱藝飯店(Quality Inn)

The property was clean and ok. Staff good. Because we were locals (no water at home), we had to pay a $150 cash deposit. We had to go out to the bank to get it in sub freezing temps and snowy conditions.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. Room was clean but baseboard was missing so it looked shabby. I am finding that when I stay at motels, I find that the sheets are very scratchy compared to home. I am thinking of bringing my own sheets to combat this but overall, would stay here again.

This property is showing its age especially in the common areas. The few employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room, while clean and adaquate, was small with the king size bed taking up most of the space. I'd give the breakfast a C- though the employee there was working hard. Overal, this hotel is okay for a no-frills overnight stay but not somewhere I'd want to spend a few days.

From the front desk staff, to the room and then the breakfast we had a very comfortable stay.

Stayed here overnight. Requested a ground floor for elderly father and they gave us a room close to exit and exits. Breakfast was excellent and the front office service was lovely and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to food and supermarket. Would recommend.

We enjoy dining at the restaurant on the neighboring property. Food and service were excellent! Also, our room was very comfortable and cozy.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very old, baseboards missing and felt like it was in transition. Walls were insanely thin. Felt like someone was walking on top of us all night. We could hear people talking all around us all night as well.

Beds are good , Breakfast was good & Restaurant's walkable.

Great service and people. Surprised that our room was slightly better than i expected from the ratings. They're sprucing the place up. Everything worked.
