Accommodations were excellent room very spacious property in great shape. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Really great guest service upon check in. Rooms clean and quiet. Great proximity to Turning Stone ******. Only a one minute drive. A great alternative to save some money compared to staying at ******.

Some staff was nice others felt like they didn't like there jobs lobby had a lot off people in at and was noisy til about 10 there was someone sleeping in the lobby all night I don't know if that is a normal thing the hotel room was beautiful very clean and comfortable

I really liked the room and how updated the bathroom was. I loved that both the bathroom and the room had three hooks each to hand clothes, towels, etc. Most hotel rooms have one hook total. Very quiet and clean. Love the 24 hour shuttle as well. Will go back.

I booked a king size bed and when got to the property they sold all the king beds and we had to settle for a double room, they didnt offer anything off the room and when questioned about it, they just said it was company policy. i guess a reservation made 2 months in advance doesnt actual reserve you a room afterall. we booked through travelocity, so they wouldnt even give a break on price for this visit or the next

Room was not ready at time of check in and front desk couldn’t provide an estimate as to when a room would be ready. This was disappointing as we had an event to get to and needed the room to get ourselves ready. Worker was apologetic…ish. Breakfast was ice cold by 830am when it was scheduled until 10am. The window shade in the room needs to come with directions. I ended up giving the entire highway quite the show because we couldn’t figure out how to get it to go down. Overall, too expensive for what you get, but a decent stay and the location was close to Turning Stone. Free shuttle provided also.

When we got to the lobby we waited on someone to come out for seemed like 5 minutes or more and then when he come out the system was down.his overall behavior was weird.

The front desk staff were very understanding, and inviting. Ex. I was attempting to avoid the rest of my wedding party after a LONG day, for a quick meal alone. Google only* suggested the local ******.- no good as that is where the wedding party went. I asked the front desk, she not only knew a few local spots, but she also called them to ensure they were still open. -solid
