Two bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining and living including a sleepout with bathroom.Deck catching all day sun with a lawn for the kids to play.Room for a boat and facilities to clean.Addition to bach - there is a sleepout available which sleeps 4 (queen bed and a set of bunks) with it's own toilet and shower.It is just a 1 minute walk to the Marsden Bay beach/ playground and a 10 minute walk to Marden Cove Marina complex. Perfect for a summer family holiday.
