Posto fantastico, staff professionale, attento e gentile, la nostra camera era bella spaziosa, pulita confortevole e con una bellissima vista. Abbiamo soggiornato al Backwaters Ripples per una notte non ostante ciò abbiamo partecipato alle diverse attività organizzate a disposizione degli ospiti:il giro in barca sull fiume, coffe break nel giardino, verso sera c'erano dei musicisti che suonavano il giardino, magico... tutto era perfetto. Abbiamo anche fatto il massaggi Ayurveda che devo dire, è stato il miglior massaggio che ho fatto in India. C'era anche una bravissima Dottoressa Ayurveda a disposizione. Grazie alla signora Sindhu che ci ha spiegato e seguito nella nostro soggiorno, una persona da vero speciale e attenta alle nostre esigenze.

We loved this resort! From check in to check out everything went smooth. All the staff are so kind & courteous. Special mention : Shyam at Reservations,Indraja, Deepamol& Piyush at Reception & all the restaurant staff. chef Jelson took great pains to make special food to meet my dietary requirements. Also the South Indian cuisine Chef. Anandu and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Ali the doorman was very helpful too. We stayed in the Executive Tower room- very spacious with a large , private bathroom and a balcony with lake view, though far away. The AC worked very well. Bed was a bit lumpy& pillows were too thick& hard, but we still managed to sleep well There’s lots of space to walk around the property. Evening Chayakada, Shikara boat ride and entertainment were also included in the tariff. The only suggestion we have is about checking the pressure pump every morning so that the toilet flush works without any hiccups! Also, cleanliness in the dining hall and rooms may have to be looked into by the supervisors.
