We had an incredible and delicious buffet from the hotel as part of my retirement party .All the guest from Kerala Tourism were really happy with the food and the hospitality of the staff.The resturant manager Krishnakumar did a great job organising the event.Special mention to the marketing manager Joji Varghese for helping me out. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Windsor Castle Kottayam. Deluxe room was really good. Best we liked was the walk around lake/ backwater inside the property. The Ayurvedic center was too good. Food quality is excellent. Service was very fast and friendly . Overall a fantastic stay for sure .

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bed cover was broken and looked quite old, and the towels provided were dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the room service was poor—the service staff did not come to collect the food waste on time, and as a result, the waste stayed in the room overnight. Overall, I was not satisfied with the hygiene and service standards and hope the management takes steps to improve these areas.

Old building, services are very very poor, but outer garden fantastics. Location super. havn't tast food. amenities are ok

The open toilet pave way for mosquito entry into rooms. So mosquito proof doors to be fixed from toilet and also the sit out/galery. Also fencing the galery would be safe for kids. These are my observations. All other matters are well taken care off. The place is best for relaxation.

bad smell in the room, cockroaches and Lizards living inside , no proper cleaning.. un able to enter into the room due to the above issues,..we cancelled and returned..
