Linen shortage Our room booked with a pull out couch/bed. No linens or pillows were provided in room. We went to ask the front desk for linens for our children and they said they had none. Both nights - none to provide. We had to go purchase our own blankets for our children to be worn. Terrible inconvenience when you pay over $200/night. Will not stay here again - wouldn’t recommend if you intend on using the pull out couch/bed during your stay.

Bad room When selected room the pictures showed separate room for bed and kitchen suite. The toilet would not work. They had no on site handy man. Offered another room but this was 10:30 pm. We had to pack up all are things but I decided to leave. Too much noise above us. No ice on the floor to get.

Quick Overnight It was fine for a quick overnight, but don’t expect quiet. Stomping around and above us all night long, doors slamming. Definitely not a restful night.

Terrible conditions We did not stay at this hotel due to construction and I am trying to get a refund for this purchase. The hotel was under complete construction and we were not notified of that. If we knew that, we wouldn't have booked this property. I requested an early check in due to having a 3 year old that needed a nap. I was told 1:00pm would be my check in but when we showed up, they told us our room wouldn't be ready until 4:00 pm. When my wife took our children to the bathroom to wash their hands, it was under complete construction. They had to ask a worker to leave and when they entered, there were knives and other equipment not suitable for children to be around. There was no place to sit and eat our lunch while we waited for our room. This was a horrible experience and I hope to be refunded due to having to stay at a different property.

Do not recommend We were not impressed. For the price, we expected a much better experience. Online pictures make this hotel look so much better than reality. The hotel is currently remodeling. As a result, breakfast was being served out of a small room with no seating available. Breakfast choices were slim. Lack of security was concerning. Side doors were propped open for construction workers. While swimming, a large family entered the pool area to swim without appropriate swimwear. We wondered if they were actually hotel guests or if they just walked in the open doors to swim for free. Our room was newly remodeled. It was clean. The craftsmanship of the new remodel was very poor. The new shower was cut out to fit around an existing light switch. Bathroom doors did not close properly. Wall decor and tvs were not centered correctly. It was sad that what could have been really nice updates, were poorly executed and looked very unprofessionally done. We will not be staying here on future visits to Omaha.
