Toilet keep running, called the front desk and told them about the issue and they said they would fix it and they did not, it was so annoying, had problems with the tv as well,

It was nice and relaxing

Very nice property right off the highway. Staff was friendly, courteous and very willing to help if anything was needed. Hotel was clean. Very nice rooms.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with lots of choices.

First night we were there of a 4 night stay, kids were running up and down the aisles til 11pm but worse yet, screaming and running up and down from 630 til 930 until i yelled and said i was to call security. This should've been managed by the staff. Also, when room was cleaned, floors were not mopped from snow so i don't think they were vacuumedeither. Overall, nice plus, 3 starts

The bed was excellent. I didn't get a good nights rest though because the heater rattled every time it turned on. I finally had to get up and shut it off to sleep. Everything was so clean and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Property was clean. There was some sort of stain on the wall in our room, bathroom door had damage. We arrived on a Saturday. I figured room serve would come around Monday. The never showed. I had to go ask for more towels Sunday night. Was told there was none available. So I had to run over to target to get us some towels. My family just got out the the pool so it was a need!. But how can a hotel not have any towels available? I will not be staying here again! And the didn't seem concerned that I checked out 12hrs early due to having no towels and room service not coming.

The room was super clean and newly remodeled. Front desk ladies were super sweet. Breakfast was good. The doors have like an inch gap under them so you can hear into the other peoples rooms and all the way down the hall. I had noisy neighbors for 2 nights to the point I couldn’t sleep. Ask for 4th floor! Would recommend overall for ease and cleanliness

We had a very comfortable stay, bed was comfy and hot tub was a welcome treat. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices (the coffee was top notch!), especially enjoyed the omelet and toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. We would stay there again if looking for a hotel in west Omaha.
