"I am so appreciative of the exceptional service from Melissa. I accidentally left one of my 50th birthday gifts in our room when we left. I phoned the hotel after arriving home and Melissa was so kind and caring. She immediately located it at housekeeping (thank you also to housekeeping) and arranged delivery for me. I am so grateful. The hotel itself was wonderful. Beautiful rooms and superb food. Excellent location. Will definitely be returning again."
