It was fantastic and we got a very nice experience

Otel muhteşem bugün son günümüz gideceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum tam bir aile oteli.Odamızk erkenden verdiler bebeğimiz olduğu için bekletmediler.Ben yemeklerine bayıldım çok lezzetliydi en memnun kaldığım nokta yemek olabilir.Otelin tüm personeli güler yüzlü resepsiyonu,garsonu,temizlik görevlisi..Restronda berkcanmıydı adı hatırlamayamadım tam ama herkese koşturuyor ilgileniyor güleryüzünü bir an olsun eksik etmedi gözlemlerim.Otelin havuzları yeterli ve güzel etrafı çok iyi yeşillikler içinde orman gibi kaplumbağalar ,horozlar geziniyor..Akşam gösterileri var bir gündüz animasyonu yoktu biz olduğumuz süreçte hiç görmedik birde oda biraz karanlık ve basık geldi ilk geldiğimizde sonra alıştım.Seneye gelirmisin deseler yine gelirim herkese teşekkürler tüm çalışanlara..

Arrived mid afternoon, reception staff very nice. We were taken to our room in Block 2 & shown how our safe worked, this costs £2 per day. Our room although tired was clean, the bed was comfortable & nice pillows. The shower door space was a bit on the small side but ok when you were in & plenty hot water. There was free toiletries which we never actually used but a nice touch. We got fresh towels when we needed, just leave them in shower. Balcony was fine size but we really only used it for drying our swimwear. Air conditioning worked very well. Pool towels are supplied & if you put them back after 4pm you get a card to replace them in the morning. We only used the bottom pool, only had a look up the top but believe it is very quiet (no music). Usually we were down at the pool around 8am & always plenty of beds available, Water slide was on twice a day. Loved seeing the kittens playing about when we were sitting at breakfast, also hens & tortoises going about. Pancake lady up nearer top pool evey other day but we never actually went up. Drinks were ok, lovely rose wine & seen plenty of people drinking the white & red, you could help yourself to this in the restaurant. Efes lager in the bar. Food - this was the let down for me. Breakfast was ok, lovely freshly cooked pancakes & omelettes both served with a smile. Coffee machine was luke warm most days. Lunch & dinner had very limited options. Wasn't expecting "a la carte" by any means but felt there could have been more choices. Did enjoy the donor wraps & the curry but struggled on other days. Salad options were also limited. Staff on the whole were quite cheery & helpful although some of the pool bar staff were a bit miserable. Staff in the evening at the other bar were really good. Entertainment at the pool consisted of darts in the morning & sometimes water polo/volleyball, depending if there was enough people to take part. If you said no there wasn't any hassle but then didn't usually ask again. The shows we seen were good, fire dancers, acrobats etc & a guy singing on the Friday, he was excellent. Occasionally there would be a quiz in the afternoon. Bingo & karaoke on some evenings. The hotel is a bit out of the way which we knew but was in a quiet area. You can get a taxi (button on tree opposite entrance), Hisaronu approx. 130 lira & Oludeniz 200 lira or walk down the hill & get a dolmus. If you are keen you could walk into Hisaronu in approx 20-30 mins but too hot for that !! Took a trip to the cable car (180 lira in taxi). Well worth a vist, £10 each to go up & well worth it for the views & to see the paragliders taking off. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to those with mobility issues as there is quite a hill up to top & quite a lot of steps. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but wouldn't come back due to the lack of variety in the food.

Just arrived home after a week at this hotel , the hotel itself isn’t that bad , it’s rooms are dated but clean , the 2 pools are large one with slide and the top quiet pool , the staff are ok if you join in but we don’t so didn’t get spoken to but that suits us fine , the young lady on reception is the nicest person we meet here she is very friendly and helpful, lovely girl 😊 there are taxi buttons just outside the hotel which are reasonably priced but take your life in your hands their driving is scary 😟 we walked down the hill and caught the dolmus to olu deniz , hisaronu and fethiye and on to calis all very easy and cheap . The reason we won’t be going back is the food , it was awful and cold I can’t believe the people on here who said it’s fine it’s not it’s horrible lots of people do not venture out of the hotel but we didn’t stay in we ate out every night after the 1st night , the only hot food was the omelets in the morning the only decent thing unless you like to eat cold meats and fruits everyday , we will be back to ovacik but not this hotel 👎

Otel yemekleri çeşitli ve lezzetli, odalar hergün temizlenmekte, iki tane havuz olması çok iyi kitap okumak dinlenmek için havuzun diğeri daha sessiz.Odalar yemekhane ,havuz her noktaya yakın konumda. Çalışanlar ilgili ,resepsiyon görevlileri her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Çok keyif aldık dinlendik , eğlendik her şey için teşekkürler.

Özellikle deluxe bardaki Burak ve sevgi kardesimiz ***et nazik ve güler yuzluyduler . Teşekkür ederiz vatan ailesi olarak özellikle yaptıkları kokteyller çok iyiydi otel genel genel anlamda tam bı fiyat performans oteli zaten yeme içme, kafa dinleme, herşey mevcut tu eğlencesi de güzel,fakat 30 ağustosta özel bı etkinlik beklemiştim açıkçası bir vatansever olarak

Tatil yaptığımız hotel ***et güzeldi ama 30 Ağustos Zafer Bayramı etkinliği olmadı ufakta olsa bı kutlama olmalıydı üzüldüm ama güzel günlerdi özellikle delux bardaki Burak bey sevgi hmm çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü davrandı onlara ayrı bir teşekkür ederim

Honest review...I really don't understand how this hotel is rayed 4 star and where all the great reviews are coming from! I have lived and worked in Turkey. I have previously been a holiday rep in Marmaris and this hotel is by no means a 4 star. 1 was originally booked to go with my partner but we split up and my friend took his place. Initially had paid extra for double bed, emailed hotel and explained the situation and asked for a nice twin room .on arrival at checkin my friend asked was our allocated room nice .receptionist stayed very quiet, we got took to our room and soon realised why.. up a steep hill and down some steps to the depths of hell we was taken.. the room given was so small, dark and dingy, holes in wall, lampshades all frayed, plug socket not working, couldn't open the fridge door as the bed was too close but no room to move either of the beds. Bathroom extremely small and full of live and dead mosquitos. Splattered mosquitos all over Wall and ceiling from previous guests. .room stunk of stale tobacco smoke. Needless to say, we wanted to leave immediately. Asked reception and told to ask at 9am in morning for new room. Receptionist did not seem surprised when telling him the issues. Next morning we was told we had been given a basement room and could be moved to a medium sized room. Asked for deluxe room and told none available. Asked the TUI rep for a different hotel but they wanted an additional £450 to change hotels and had to self transfer too so decided to grin and bear the hotel. Food...disgusting. Barely luke warm at its best, chicken always very undercooked and very pink.. people mostly end up feeling it to the cats! Not much choice of food and all tastes very bland. I'm not a fussy eater by any means but I practically lived off salad and mezze dips whilst there. Hardly any fruit choice. Have to queue like at a school canteen. Breakfast was shocking The snack bar was shocking All food seems to be on the cheap side of food quality Never had so little choice with so many restrictions on an all inclusive resort Drinks-Get given tiny cups unless asked for a large cup Juices are extremly watered down. No fresh fruit juices.Coffee awful...machines hardly working or topped upAlcohol..forget it...no optics not even a proper bar area set out...just a few random glasses set on side with miniature bottles of alcohol set out for bar staff to use. All areas not cleaned properly. Very dated and tired hotel and rooms...just nice ground area outside and that's the only area that's nice! Small handful of staff friendly, others have faces like a wet weekend. Avoid at all costs as noone we spoke to seemed to be happy with the hotel and its food or rooms can't comment on entertainment as didn't see much point in going. Was held in a silly place of hotel with not much room in the area. Ice cream only served for 1 hour and snack bar only available for 2hrs of the day.
