非常好的一家酒店

I really love this hotel hence why I was there twice this year. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for the guests. To name a few of the staff that I found amazing, Ihsan, Musa, Aysegul, Osiye, Rüya all made this holiday an unforgettable one. Thanks Orka Sunlife for a beautiful time. We will be back for more next year x

Liked : The staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. They’re very kind and attentive and really try to help you. The location and the views are nice. The buffets are rich and fresh. Depending on which room you stay, it may be very nice. I stayed on the ‘luxury’ block and it was very nice and spacious. Not sure I chose it purposefully though. Disliked: The elevators didn’t work most of the time we were there. For a resort that is built on steep hills, I find this unacceptable. In all fairness they offered a ride with the car and change of room, but this doesn’t make the problem go away. when it works, it’s slow and holds 4 people only so I can’t imagine how it would be in peak season. If you’re older or have mobility challenges I’d recommend you to think twice. The other major problem was the wifi- it is unreliable. Finally while I stayed in a ‘luxury’ room, my parents stayed in a regular room and the difference is massive. Their room was pretty small, difficult to access and the AC was very loud.
