阿卡瑪公寓式飯店(Aquamar Albufeira Aparthotel)

Arrived here was given a warm welcome by staff and shown to room 204, superior room with pool view. Had read good reviews, but usually photo's make place look better! Need'nt have worried, huge apar**ent and never had one with such a well equipt kithen! Every single member of staff was so friendly, which made stay even better🙂. Paula and Jose on reception were so welcoming and nice, any information was always given. Short walk to beach and bars, huge supermarket 10 minutes, taxi rank in public car park and bus stop just across road. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you cannot go wrong at this establishment. Also on day before left, jose suprised us with a complimentry bottle of wine.

We had a fab time at Aqua-Mar. We had booked a superior pool view room which was great. It was very well equipped, it had 2 balconies - one for sitting out and the other small one had a drying rack. Air conditioning was very good. We travelled with hand luggage only and we could hire pool towels for €1 each which was very useful. The location is perfect - it's around a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and there are plenty eating places nearby (we recommend Chefs Peking just across the road). The staff at reception are so friendly (José and Paula), nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to take time to chat. Because there are only 28 rooms it feels very personal. There are plenty beautiful beaches nearby but some are quite tricky to get to - José and Paula can give you some pointers though. We only sat by the pool on one day but there are plenty loungers and umbrellas if required. We have previously visited Albufeira which we really enjoyed but we prefer Olhos de Água as it's a bit quieter. We are already planning to go again next year and will be returning to Aqua-Mar. Highly recommended.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel Team, freundliche Servicekräfte. Große Appartements mit kleinen Balkons. Zentrale Lage, in 10 min gelangt man zu langen Stränden und schöner Steilküste, ideal zum Wandern, Surfen und Baden. Frühstück im Hotel möglich, auch mittags und nachmittags ist das Bistro geöffnet. Abends viele Restaurants und Bars im Ort. Ausflüge mit Bus oder Taxi, oder Reiseagentur möglich. Supermärkte auch im Ort fußläufig zu erreichen.

Stayed for eleven days from September 25th. Our 7th stay in olhas de auga and the best accomodation we have used. Can only repeat what the other reviews are saying a really friendly excellently maintained hotel in a great location in a lovely resort. We have already booked for a longer stay next September and would have no hesitation in recommending a holiday here. Many thanks to all the staff and management team Paula and especially Jose the assistant he would come out of his office whenever we passed to say hello and ask about our day a really nice friendly young man.We stayed in room 208 overlooking the pool with sun on the balcony in late afternoon.

After a lovely stay in an all inclusive on a previous visit to Olhos De Agua, we decided to go self catering so we could enjoy local restaurants more and Aquamar was a perfect choice! This hotel is in a nice and quiet location, well placed for the restaurants and beach etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Aquamar. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Due to not being quite in season the only member of staff we really interacted with was the receptionist, who was friendly and helpful. We were very pleasantly surprised with how much space we had in our room, with a nice sized bedroom, a good sized bathroom with his & hers sinks, nice shower/bath, kitchen well stocked with what you’d need and a small washing up pack with sponge, scouter and satchel of washing up liquid, and finally a comfy lounge with two settees, one of which is convertible to a bed. About a 200m walk down a gentle hill to the beach and mist restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, got good sleep and felt refreshed of a morning. Pool area was nice, there was a small room with free books to choose from. Gym looked good but didn’t go in as you must need a key. In season they have a bar and food, would have been great if it had been available during our stay. Be aware that the pick up/drop off point is about 100 yards from the hotel, with a slight incline with about 40 yards of cobbles. Would definitely come again.

Just back from a stay here on a package hol with Jet2. Really nice spacious clean modern apar**ents. Nice pool area although could perhaps do with a bit of TLC. Staff super friendly & helpful & a great location. We had a ground floor room with a very small balcony facing the street so not the best but didn’t matter as didn’t really spend that much time there. Despite the street view no noise as good window insulation.

We are just coming to the end of our fourth trip to Olhos D'agua, and our third stay at the Aquamar. In my opinion, the resort is absolutely ideal for couples wanting a quiet holiday, and the Aquamar is in the ideal location. Close to restaurants and bars and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Aquamar is a small complex, no problems with getting sunbeds round the twin pools. Rooms are spotless and well appointed, but by far the best thing about the apar**ents is the staff. We were greeted by the receptionist on booking in; she was so pleasant and told us to treat this as our home throughout our stay. The cleaners were polite and friendly and bedding and towels were changed regularly. The little snack bar downstairs was good and not at all expensive, and once again the lady who works there went above and beyond. My wife has dietary issues, so had asked for the vegetable soup on the menu. As it turned out this wasn't available that day, so she offered to make a chicken soup from scratch, which my wife assured me was delicious. It is the friendliest place I have ever stayed and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else in Portugal. The only potential downside is that the pool area is not really ideal for very young children; this obviously didn't affect us but it's worth noting if you have a young family. Could not possibly recommend this place any higher. Just perfect.

Un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Portugal en familia. El apartahotel está muy bien cuidado, muy limpio y cuenta con buenas instalaciones. Las estancias son amplias y la cocina bien equipada. Está bien ubicado para ir a playas y zonas de restauración. La piscina está fenomenal, sin bullicio, donde los niños pueden jugar y disfrutar a lo grande, para los más peques hay también una piscinita donde zambullirse sin peligro. Tanto el trato recibido por parte de la dueña Paula como la atención prestada por el personal (en particular, por Jose), ha sido insuperable, siempre dispuestos a brindarte su ayuda y a facilitarte las cosas. Muchas gracias por hacer tan bien vuestro trabajo y hacer a los demás pasar unos días tan gratos.

Pela segunda vez de férias em Olhos de Água e a escolha para a estadia não poderia ser outra. Staff muito simpático e competente. Apartamentos de boa dimensão e bem equipados. Muito boa localização, próximo da Praia de Olhos de Água e a uma curta caminhada da Praia da Falésia.
