This was our 4th or 5th trip to Curtain Bluff. It continues to set the standard by which we judge other vacation destinations. We still try other hotels in the Caribbean but have yet to find one that we enjoy as much. We recently tried Keyonna, and it was really nice (and less expensive), but it was not in the same class as Curtain Bluff. This is the second time that my wife booked us for the following year at Curtain Bluff while we were still at the hotel. The food and beach are exceptional, as are the staff. We again stayed in the Grace Bay suite, which was fantastic. It is huge and very private. The Ground Floor Jr. Suites are also very nice, with access right to the beach, but they are just not as great as the Grace Bay Suite. They just installed a new infinity pool, with a terrific view of the ocean. It is nice to have an additional destination after sitting on the beach all day. My only suggestions to the hotel would be more included selections of red wine at the bars (cabernet or Malbec) and an additional scuba trip in the afternoon.

Sono un Italiano che vive all'estero, precisamente alle Bahamas. Ero alla ricerca di una meta ai Caraibi con un resort di categoria elevata per passare una settimana insieme alla mia famiglia. Dopo un'attente ricerca abbiamo scelto il Curtain Bluff. Scelta ottima, il prezzo elevato fa in modo che tutti i servizi siano di livello elevato. Camere con vista sul mare, pulite e curate nei più piccoli particolari. Il cibo ottimo da 5 stelle.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at this intimate hotel with great facilities and warm friendly staff - what really makes it is the excellent staff who all go the extra mile without exception. The food is superb in both restaurants - a wide variety of delicious dishes to rival any great restaurant The facilities - fantastic tennis courts/coaches and great water sports team/equipment and experienced spa team as well as excellent yoga and Pilates coaches The rooms - well appointed and spacious I would like to thank Rob, Wendy and their excellent team. In particular: - Sleepy the tennis coach - I had a lesson every morning and he was brilliant - Babs and Ingrid (the best reflexology I have ever had) - Junior, Easy and PJ in water sports - great ski boat drivers - Kevere and Garrick, the beach team who work incredibly hard and are so warm and friendly And of course all the other brilliant people. We rarely go a hotel twice but we will definitely be back soon. Thank you again. Vanessa and Paul

A Great vacation experience. Management has got this just right. Every wish and desire is anticipated and accommodated. Staff is polite and friendly and efficient We will return over and over again. Highly recommended and the best resort we have visited.

We have visited Antigua many times and each visit we are very lucky and privileged to choose two hotel resorts to stay at. No longer, we’ve found our perfect home from home at Curtain Bluff and have already booked our flights back to Antigua and will be staying at Curtain Bluff for our whole trip next year instead of visiting 2 resorts. The Bluff is a truly exceptional hotel that has been lovingly cared for and managed by Rob with each member of staff looked after. On arrival we were shown to our beachside room which was light and spacious with direct access over a small wall that you could climb over to the beach, incredible. A huge comfortable bed, walk in power shower and lovely room amenities. The rooms face the surf beach and whilst I wasn’t brave enough to swim on that side of the resort, I very much enjoyed the hammock by my room and a coffee in the porch terrace in the morning looking out at the bluff. We arrived during Thanksgiving and there was a lovely family vibe across the resort which has a large American clientele - we made quite a new friends from across the Atlantic. Our first evening was spent on the beach at a barbecue which we normally tend to avoid but it set the standard of food for the whole week, the food was exceptional and extremely varied, we enjoyed every meal..Our only niggle was having to book tables in advance at the beach restaurant, which we thought was slightly better and menus more to our taste . The drinks were also great, with signature cocktails and branded spirits. Both my partner and I love tennis, the court and tennis facilities are first rate, I don’t think I’ve ever played on a court with such fantastic views. The new adult spa pool was also amazing and perfect for a sundown glass of wine. We really enjoyed the free snorkelling trips and sailing with Ali, one of the highlights of the trip was the sail over to Carlisle bay on the hobbie cats. Whilst we there, there was much discussion about the new British owners as many guests are repeat visitors and each week are entertained in a cocktail party up in the bluff house which is such a lovely touch and something that the previous owners who sadly passed way started many years ago. I hope the new owners will continue the tradition with Rob and perhaps create some of their own! Can’t wait to see the resort develop and hope it will be in time for when we return next December. This is an exceptional all inclusive and the reason why so many people return.
