Beautiful, clean and recently renovated classic cottage in private gated community in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Weekly summer rental: 3 bedrooms with 1 bath and outdoor shower. Steps from beautiful sandy beach and water views from all bedrooms. Fully equipped home including bed linens. Three charming bedrooms (1 brand new Saatva queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds). Home sleeps 6 in beds with additional pull-out couch for additional 2 . Tennis, basketball and daily kids camp available throughout summer months. Thursday night movies on beach and Friday night concerts. Close proximity to Mystic, Old Saybrook and Newport Rhode Island (55 mins). Steps from beach, community pavilion and marina. About pets:Pets allowed.Permission require through contact with owner..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Must abide by Point o Woods rules and regulations. Paradise The location, amenities and ease of communication with the owner made our stay in paradise that much better. We have been enjoying Point of Woods for years now. This location was fantastic and so easy. The ability to walk back and forth to the beach was so great, especially with the kids.

Perfect Week A wonderful cottage in a great community at Point O Woods Beach. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and did everything to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you so much!

April vacation Great trip! We could hear the ocean from the cottage and the view of the beach was beautiful. We played tennis, basketball, hiked, rode bikes and took many walks around the community. The cottage had everything we needed and the grill was great too.

Great stay On very short notice we needed to find a place for a few nights due to contractor at our home. Chris was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. The place was clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately it was not a vacation to relax as we had to run back and forth to oversee work at our house 45 minutes away. We will be back in better weather to enjoy

Fall at the Beach This property is exactly as advertised. The house is adorable and well kept. We arrived to a completely clean and incredibly cozy address. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and the people are friendly. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We are hoping to come back next year during warmer weather.
