俄克拉何馬城機場飯店(Oklahoma City Airport Hotel & Suites Meridian Avenue)

The bathroom in our room was of a very old design and with no microwave. The shower had no border to catch the water and there was no curtain or rod. That meant the water would run near the toilet so room slippers would get wet. The staff was very good and the breakfast was also good. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel were more modern but since we were there only 2 nights it was okay. The price was okay and the wifi was very good as well.

no shuttle service or open restriaunt after 10 after being told 24 hr open, ac didn't work and rude employee at breakfast area after complaining about coffee grounds in the plain hot water! recommend training on hospitality for this hotel!

Staff was great! Management needs to realize that putting a smoking table just right outside the front entrance is a terrible look for Hyatt. Also with that smoking table, the folks that enjoyed the spot were having a great time and there were so loud I heard them loud and clear on the the third floor! That table and gathering area could be situated just about anywhere on the property and the occupants will congregate there. Away from the front entrance and a place that won’t disturb people trying to SLEEP! I will not stay there again. I planned to for 24 days in July, but I will seek other lodging elsewhere. I will not recommend to my other coworkers that travel to okc year round.

Front desk staff were very rude & condescending. It took them 20 minutes to get my credit card to work even as my wife had the credit card company on the phone & there was not a problem with the card! No micro wave in the room, smokers were hanging out at the main entrance & it was very noisy in our room with kids running up & down the hall until late & lots of mechanical noise all night. $75 / night for dogs. We'll avoid all Hyatt Place forever more!!!!

Area did not feel safe. No shuttle to and from airport. Staff suggested an uber for my daughter and I at 3am.

noone at the front desk when i got there and it took 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk. guy mopping floor walked by 3 times and never said a word to me

This hotel was unkept! They just don't know how to clean. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The receptionist working the night we arrived was rude and was not helpful at all.
